“Reached out to Think Local by local recommendation. Needed some work shirts made up. Called one afternoon and sent a formal request via the website (extremely easy to put in details/logo).
Couple of days later I had a mock design sent over in which I approved with one question asked back. They responded within 20 minutes to my question and we were off! Less than two week turnaround on my shirts and I got an email stating they were ready. I swung by that afternoon & picked them up and the quality has been great. I ordered 15 shirts and it was exactly what I wanted. These guys are quick, efficient, and extremely communicative! Emails and phone calls whenver they need something and they turn the product around extremely quick. Will be submitting another order within the next few weeks with the weather starting to cool off - but they've got a customer for life with me! Extremely happy with this company and will recommend to anyone that has a need they can fulfill!

“I had a very special rocking chair to send to my son in NC. The UPS agent in Shrewsbury ,MA did a great job bubble wrapping it and then making a box from 2 boxes. He found a freight company to take it and kept in touch with me to make sure it arrived safely. I would highly recommend UPS, especially for shipping something special!”

“I had three diplomas framed and matted at Gastonart & Frame (Northborough, MA) for my son and daughter-in-law for their residency graduations. (My daughter-in-law was chief resident, so two diplomas for her.) The design was beautiful and the craftsmanship was perfect. I opted for the reduced glare glass which was worth the moderate price increase. They also expedited my order (for free) to align with my schedule. The team is super friendly, creative and excellent at what they do. I would definitely recommend!”

“EXCELLENT service. I needed a grandfather clock case shipped to rural Montana. The crate that Arvind built was rock solid. The packing material was perfect to prevent any damage. He provided assistance in tracking the crate as the clock traversed the country. He clearly understood the sentimental value of this clock which my father made. Another benefit was the cost to package and ship the clock was less than virtually all of the other quotes I received (and those did not include packing). “They are so much nicer there than they are in Worcester and you don't break your car to go in. Every time I go to the Worcester one I scrape the bottom of my car and my bumper because the entrance has a big incline and they could care less”
