Been going here for years with our 4 dogs and cat. Kind, knowledgeable staff and very helpful always. I even broke my hand once there when my dog took a fast turn around a pole! Dr Campbell took great care of me too even tho I’m human :)I have said goodbye to animals there when needed and the process was handled with gentle compassion. We have gone through occasional surgeries, illnesses and just plain old age…best Vet around.

They do not accept new clients under any circumstances. Instead must wait very long time and it may be cancelled. Why bother with a service that does not care for pets and ckientsv

Riverlin is a top-notch vet clinic. Starting at the front desk, the employees are always pleasant and quick to help. The vet techs and assistants are also helpful and knowledgeable. The vets are all wonderfully compassionate and knowledgeable. I've been going here since they first opened and have never had an issue.

My pup Logan has had to have two bladder stone surgeries here and have always had a great experience. And they always follow up after regular visits with vaccines to ensure your furry loved one is still doing okay a day after. Thanks to the entire team at Riverlin!

We've used Riverland for about 7 years and have always been happy there. They are knowledgeable, kind, and seem to love our animals. They are always able to answer our questions over the phone and give realistic solutions to pet issues.

Late by 30 min, no apologies just them telling me I need to wait. Less than 15 min assessment on my 2 dogs. Not exactly pleased. Hopefully next time will be better or we won't go back.

Update: Took our new rescue. They were so thoughtful and cleaned up the dog after she had an accident. They always call the next day to check on our pets. Love it. They were very sensitive to our family when our precious pup was sick and passed away. Thank you for being so empathetic Riverlin. They are great with our new resuces too. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

After 5 years of going to Riverlin, I’m very disappointed by my experience. The first time I worked with Dr. Campbell after a few years of using Riverlin, my Husky needed a small procedure done, a tumor removal that his allergist caught but not Riverlin though he had recently been seen by both. Dr. Campbell told me they were short staffed that day and to just leave my dog with them all day and he’d, “whip in and do it when he could.” My Husky suffered from a seizure disorder and though he was on medication still suffered large scale seizures on occasion, therefore leaving him on a table alone is highly dangerous. If he had a seizure, he would fall off the table and become injured. Because of this I notified Riverlin I no longer wanted Dr. Campbell to see my dog or cat as I didn’t feel comfortable.A few years later, he needed testing that his allergist recommended and firstly they fought an experts opinion wanting another test instead and again said he wouldn’t be monitored, just leave him all day.Unfortunately we lost that Husky after a long battle (9 years) with medical issues. After a time we purchased a German Shepard pup who is much healthier and brought him to Riverlin. We scheduled his apt to be fixed months in advance but due to what Dr. Campbell told me about a lack of monitoring during procedures, I asked if I could see the surgical area the day of surgery and was told no problem. On the day of the apt we were denied this and told we were no longer wanted as clients of Riverlin. They didn’t bother to call and just say this but instead had us come down to make a production of it. I also wonder what they are hiding beyond a lack of monitoring if the rooms can’t even be peaked into. After 5 years and thousands of dollars in paid without complaint bills, Riverlin and Dr. Campbell made a production in an attempt to humiliate and belittle us.

About the worse you can think of. We are now switching to a different vet since this is our second dog that has rotting teeth. Needless to say we have yearly check ups and on not one but two dogs they missed rotting teeth! They check them out under 5 minutes- full check up! And change a arm and a leg. First dog had 23 teeth removed and now looking into second dog with ? Of how many need to be removed. He just had a yearly check up a little while ago and was "in great health!" That's neglect

Absolutely fantastic. I've taken four of my animals to them over the years and they've never disappointed. They're competent, organized, thorough, and extremely friendly. I really can't say enough positive things about them.

We have been really happy with the care our animals have received from Riverlin. Our elderly cat Bella started going to Riverlin in 2021. She received great care for a condition that was chronic for a few months. When she developed cancer, she received excellent end-of-life care. After she died, the vets sent us a sympathy card that all the employees personally signed. They took care of sending her remains to a crematory, and they provided us with paw and nose prints. After the compassionate treatment Bella received (and their kind regard for our family), we knew we'd take our new kittens to Riverlin. One of our kittens had her first appointment today. We could not be happier with Riverlin. We love all the vets we have seen, the staff is courteous and helpful. Everyone really listens, and it's obvious they care for their patients and their humans.
