Chelcie did a great job on my makeup session. It was perfect! I usually feel the makeup is too much after getting it done, but I truly loved it and felt so confident during my engagement photo sessions. I would recommend her to anyone!

This was a very nice place and very helpful well stocked too, only thing I would say is they need to pressure people a little less to pick out their stuff and go, while I was checking out they had a bit of an attitude but that is normal working in a stressful and busy place.

I would like to say that I went here and asked if they had elf and this woman working there was incredibly rude and disgustingly behaved to my friends and I. She then called security, implying that affordable makeup is a crime. Furthermore, sephora is quite literally a capitalist company that overworks and underpays its employees. No wonder that lady was out to get me! She probably gets a commission for every grainy and gross summer fridays lip balm she sells! EAT THE RICH!!!!

horrible customer service. Only worker I liked there was Maya. Maya was kind and helped me if i needed anything. Justin on the other hand was rude and very harsh. It seems ironic to me how the customer service department is led by the most unhelpful person i’ve had the duty to speak too. This man showed no remorse to a girl who got her sephora stolen from her and was quick to waste her time. Justin< Maya

I usually order products online however I was in the shopping plaza for another store and decided to stop in because I ran out of some of my makeup. It was around noontime when I went in and there were two staff members standing near the entrance and not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. The entire time I was in the store I could hear the two staff talking about their personal lives and how their weekends were. I proceeded to check out my purchases and the cashier was at least a little friendly. Purchasing my makeup online is my best bet because at least I feel more welcome and appreciated as a long term customer by a robot rather than in store humans.
