“I had a very special rocking chair to send to my son in NC. The UPS agent in Shrewsbury ,MA did a great job bubble wrapping it and then making a box from 2 boxes. He found a freight company to take it and kept in touch with me to make sure it arrived safely. I would highly recommend UPS, especially for shipping something special!”

“This post office is great and the staff is always friendly, but like other reviewers have said, the lunch hour is not what's listed here. On the door there is currently a printed sign that says they close for lunch from 1-2 every day. Online it says they close from noon-1.
Today I decided I'd head over a little before 1 and to kill some time before they return, I would go grab something to eat. I'm glad I decided to just check and see because it was 12:50 and I would have missed my opportunity to drop off my package today if I had stuck to my original plan!”

“I am so impressed by the customer service I experienced at this location. I am a vendor in the Chicago suburbs and had a customer claim she didn't receive her package a week and 2 days after it was delivered and was also asking for a refund. I called this location (as it was her local USPS) and the manager/post master (I assume) was so pleasant and kind. He looked up the GPS coordinates with the tracking number, which determined the package in question was DELIVERED to the correct location at the time of the scan. He even took the time out of his day to drive to the location for me and check to see if it was still in the package lockers which are locked (which it wasn't).If you are not a vendor that ships solely through USPS, you may not understand how REFRESHING it is to receive superb customer service like this...especially from hundreds of miles away. It helped me decide how to approach my customer in regards to a refund. Luckily, after I sent her an email that he had driven out there and could not locate the "missing package" and the GPS coordinates confirmed it was not mis-delivered, it miraculously appeared. How bout dat?Thank you! You are a kind, sweet soul and you deserve recognition for going above and beyond for me. So much appreciation for you!”
“This post office provided probably the best experience I've had with USPS. The woman who helped me was unbelievably kind and personable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. “Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”
