Theresa is the GOAT of ideal mattress select support!!! After researching all the mattresses on the market and then making the trip to this sleep number store… the experience and the mattresses at sleep number made all other mattresses obsolete. I felt like it would be silly to buy any other mattress because this mattress is the best of the best. Thanks Theresa for helping improve my sleep, health and life!

We are already Sleep Number customers and really like their beds. It’s the only bed that has relieved my back aches because I can custom adjust the firmness as needed.
We went in to buy a bed for our daughter. Our sales consultant, Theresa, was amazing! Our first experience buying a bed a few years ago was great, and Theresa continued that experience with White Glove Service. The sales and customer support after purchase from Sleep Number are the best. It’s why we are repeat customers.

Took the opportunity to pop into store to just investigate the SleepNumber technology and I am so glad I did.
Teresa was so helpful and informative, and helped me decide which would be right for me and my wife.
We decided on the climate control 360 thanks to Teresa. She explained everything so well and had a very lovely manner. There was no pressure which actually helped me make my our purchasing decision so much easier.

MANY years ago I did not have the greatest experience with a Sleep Number bed. It was newer technology at the time, but I was willing to give it a second look. SO glad I did. Theresa was spectacular at walking us through all the developments, newer tech, and we could not be happier with our purchase and the whole Sleep Number experience.
