The lady who’s assisted us doesn’t know what she doing!! Ridiculous,paid everything at the time 3lines transfer and never got the phone delivered.after week went back to check what’s going on.she just said I don’t know,it’s weird,we can start a new order…. What!??? How about the charge week ago? “O everything will be back to your card!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

This Girl Atari was her name was exceptional. She stayed on phone with At&t for 4 hours!! Hang up after hang up, then transfers after transfer. AT&T should be ashamed of themselves! Atari, thank you again.

there’s two women there who are extremely rude, and had me come back three times in one day for a phone upgrade just to tell me the third visit that they can’t even do a phone upgrade. Wasted my time, and my gas, just to give me attitude over my phone plan that I’ve been paying $25 extra for every month when they only have me on the $30 monthly plan

I got rid of spectrum over 3 years ago. Came to this store to drop my equipment off because they refused to send me the return label they were supposed to. Waited forever to drop it off. Here we are over 3 years later and I get a collections notice saying I still owe them for the equipment. I drove a good 30 minutes here to drop it off because they wouldn’t provide a label now I’m getting collection notices for items I returned over 3 years ago. What a joke.

Stopped in to drop Verizon and make the switch. Everyone was super pleasant and I had Sue as my store specialist. She was very knowledgeable and helped me with the entire process and explained everything very well. Very happy I made the switch and dropped the ridiculous phone bill I had previously. Thank you Sue!

I Came in a couple days ago but couldn’t forget about this. I Walked in and was served by an associate named Donovan. All I had to do was swap my internet boxes. He was nice and everything but he honestly smelled terrible it was overwhelming. You’d think that a company like Spectrum would have hygiene standards for their employees..
