Can customer service be worse? We needed to return equipment for a closed account and had to wait for 4 customers. I couldn’t just drop it off. But as an alternative I CAN drop off at any UPS store (which are also few and far between)It’s your equipment, just take it! (In the meantime I keep getting emails that say they are going to charge me for not returning the equipment)Worse than going to the DMV!

Probably the worst in store experience possible, almost like it was designed in hell by the devil himself to drive you to insanity.No one helps, no one tells you to check in, nothing is clear, something that should take 5 minutes will take you 2 hours at least to complete. Employees standing around doing nothing with open kiosks and people waiting in line. I really don't think you could craft a worst experience if you tried.

Great experience working with Michael S! We walked in looking to price out switching from Verizon to Spectrum mobile and he helped us cut our cell phone bill by far more than half. Michael was super personable! He broke down a bunch of different options for us and was knowledgeable about the products. We’re definitely lucky we walked in when we did and he had the time to help us.

My teenage granddaughter asked, " Is everyone that works here rude?" Not sure if she knew exactly what she was doing or wanted to do it her way instead of smart switch. Nothing transferred over. I had lost all texts, contacts, apps. Very frustrating spent like 2.5 hours figuring it all out. I would recommend using one of the young men that work there, Terrance in helpful and polite. Unfortunately he wasn't there the day I decided to update my phone.

Today was a fun and pleasant visit I came into understand how to download my apps and Michael help me out. He was able to solve my questions with a smile and I will come to see him for future issues. He made my visit easy

Went to the store to get some information and all the employees were busy on their phones and no one acknowledged that I was there. And there were no customers in the store at the time. Finally, after standing there for a few minutes I was called to the counter but when I got to the counter, the employee that was supposed to help me begin conversing with the next employee the whole entire time I stood there, laughing, giggling, and talking nonsense and showed no respect by giving me undivided attention I deserved. That’s not the way to treat a customer shame on you spectrum!! I will be taking my business elsewhere …

Mandatory self install of all new equipment and have to return old equipment to them. Closest spectrum or UPS store is 40 minutes from our home. Get to the store in millbury at 10:15 only to find 2 employees working and 5 people ahead of us! Already here 15 minutes and no closer to dropping off the equipment!!! Really????So finally returned the equipment- only took 1 hour and 18 minutes! Love being told by the only 2 employees working that I should have either made an appointment (like a restaurant I was told), gone to a UPS store or have come during the week!!! No apology, basically it's our own fault for the wait!!!Would do anything to have our town end it's lifelong contract with Spectrum!

There was Noone there but I still had to sign in at the computer kiosk at the front of the store for an "appointment". Honestly, this place was an hour and a half drive for us... hey spectrum, how about opening a few more stores around the state!

I just went there to get myself the new zfold and not only did they give me the over 1000$ off but I got even more for my trade in and the best part, she even switched all my pictures and everything right over to the new phone. Even as busy as they were and apparently understaffed the lady Sue, did not give up on getting everything all set up for me and I am so grateful! I love this phone! Thank you so much Sue!

I had the best experience with spectrum representative Michael Shavies. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He asked the right questions to get us into the phone that would work best for what we needed. He went above and beyond. This experience is exactly why I will be a spectrum customer for life. He made the time spent at the store educational and enjoyable. We left with more than I expected to leave with but exactly what we needed.

Store makes you sign in for a line when you get there and yet ignores you and picks and chooses who goes next instead. One lady looks completely miserable with her life and the other's too worried about hanging all over the male customers. Will never waste my time at this place again. I'd rather slum it at the one in worcester.

I went to this spectrum mobile location 20 minutes before closing. Michael and Terrance where able to get me in and out with a new phone with no hesitation. They even stayed a few minutes late to make sure the phone was in working order. They are knowledge in what they do, also provide kind, quality service.

0 stars. THIS PLACE IS STAFFED BY THE WORST PEOPLE EVER. I have been directed here twice by the customer service number and both times I was treated incredibly rudely. The lack of professionalism and general low-class attitude was shocking.The store manager quite honestly mocked me and then proceeded to answer her personal phone while sitting in front of me (without a word to me), got up and walked away talking. Returning minutes later without address her behavior. They were 0 help. Don't bother with spectrum if you can avoid it.....and certainly don't expect the store staff to be helpful

The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Contacted a supervisor who is not even in store, they have to contact her via phone and you have the same issue. Rolling their eyes, breathing heavily and extremely rude even when you are not being rude to them in the first place. You’re better off talking to a customer service representative, dropping off your items to UPS and not dealing with any employee at the spectrum stores.
