I would give the online reps who absolutely destroyed my account by adding 13 lines I never asked for zero stars… BUT Kathleen (“Kat”) from the Millbury location spent literal MONTHS correcting the issue, made sure we were taken care of for the inconvenience and always checked in and communicated with me until everything was fixed. She very easily could have left us hanging like most customer service reps these days, but she didn’t. Kat went above and beyond and took personal ownership of an error she didn’t make. She should teach a master class in customer service! Thank you, Kat!!!

Very helpful and they were busy. They all still keep good attitudes and remained fast and pleasant and got people out the door. Explained every question I had and got me into the phone I wanted. Pretty good store definitely my favorite to go to.

Great customer service at this location! Was in there for all of 20 minutes and Peter helped my wife with an incoming call issue she had for over a week that customer service at T-Mobile was unable to fix.

I had a fantastic experience. Jon and An helped my girlfriend and myself. We both came from two other carriers and are now on a plan together at T-Mobile. They made the process very easy and clear cut. They also gave extremely good customer service. Very nice people!

Worst service and constant problems with my phone since the day I got it. They would not let me return it and I was told I had 14 days...Manager should be fired!Rude and poor quality of customer service.These idiots never even put a sim card in it...they took my old phone incl my sim card. They never told me it had an esim and they didn't even program it the right way...Now I got the sim card and it's the wrong one...worst of it all this piece of junk won't even open to put the sim card in...Internet constantly going down...We have been customer for over 20 years...It's never been so bad...I've wasted more time on the phone with these people and now they're telling me to go back to this store in Millbury....NO WAY!Motorola G5G is junk!I will never recommend TMobile to anyone.

Kathleen was incredibly helpful getting us through a complex business transition to T-Mobile with multiple lines moving from both AT&T and Verizon, and adding a Wi-Fi tower and a proxy number. We had users at 4 different locations, including one in Spain. She solved every technical problem!

I went into the millbury store today and worked with Kathleen to open a new line on my plan with a phone upgrade. She made the process so smooth and I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. There is a T-Mobile 10 mins from my house but I drove 45 mins to millbury because it’s always a good experience and all the employees are very professional and knowledgeable.

I've been with T-mobile for a long time, and I have never dealt with customer service like I had to deal with them, what store doesn't take a product back? USUALLY, WHEN DEALING with canceling a line or any devices the stores usually call t-mobile, and help try to figure it out. But this time it was not the case. I will not be returning to this location. Oh, I got an email saying You can Bring it back to Participating Stores, and guess, what store is one of them??? Millbury. NO THANKS

Julia was amazing to work with she took the time to make suite our account was complete before we left. Gave us her card and we came back to see her when we were ready to change phones and accounts. We will wait for her to be available in the future if anything else changes.

We went to T Mobile in Millbury over tax free weekend and spoke to Kathleen about a plan upgrade with an additional line for our daughter's birthday,At first we were considering switching to straight talk to save some money with adding the additional line but glad we didn't!Kathleen was able to create an upgrade package that included the new 5G GO plan with 2 additional lines, 2 new Samsung Galaxy s23 phones and a discount on our T Mobile Home Internet!The total cost for our upgrade is only 5 dollars more per month than we are currently paying, WOW!!Kathleen gave us amazing customer service and was honest, straight forward and very pleasant to work with!NOTE: We did choose to pay off a phone that was on our current plan to keep monthly cost down and with the activation fee the total cost in store was $300, not bad at all for such a MASSIVE upgrade!!Now we have unlimited premium data, Netflix included and 50G of premium hot spot data!Thank you Kathleen! ????

I recently went to the Millbury location. While in the store I was assisted by Kathleen C. An excellent experience to say the least. I was there for a much needed upgrade. I have to say, she had my best interest in mind. She was both extremely knowledgeable and efficient, answering every question I had and relieving any concerns. I would highly recommend anyone go to this location, and if possible try and speak with Kathleen C. Truly a shining example of an employee going above and beyond. Thank you again Kathleen.

Finding Verizon to be non transparent in many aspects, I made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Going to the Milford store and working with Kat C I found her to be knowledgeable , pleasant and completely transparent. She listened to my needs and provided me the with the tools I needed to not only make the choice to switch but to also get the biggest bang for my buck. I must say that I do not feel as though I became a new customer for a different company but a part of a family. Having been with Verizon for many years, she made this change for me easy and the transition very comfortable. I’ve been on line for three days and the signal and reception on my devices has been top notch.
