This location carries regular, petite and plus size. Very helpful staff. I had liked a pair of pants in another location, but they didn't have in my size. This location did have the size in stock. They held the pants for me while I drove to MA to get them.

Rude cashier. Purchased on a Friday she asked me if I wanted to try items on and I said, “ no thanks, she asked me again and again. I explained I was pressed for time. Returned items on Sunday and after my credit was issued she asked me if the returned items were still sellable. How rude. I told her check them over for yourself. Unbelievable! Who hired her?

It is saturday march 26, 2022 at 10:25am and the store in millbury is not open when their website shows they open at 10:00 and it is posted on their door myself and many others are waiting. Not great customer service if you can't open on time.
