Store is great employees are ridiculous. I had 2 employees eyeing me down the entire time I shopped with my 2 kids and husband. Quite literally followed us around every corner and even started radioing to eachother making sure my son wasn’t stealing a Mrs Rachel doll. He’s 1 . Guess maybe next time I do Sunday shopping I’ll wear my best outfit instead of a hoodie and comfy clothes. Maybe then they will think I got the money to be in their store. Thanks for the candles ladies. Do better. Next time I’ll take my business to northboro where I know I would never be treated that way.

ugh did they do such a good job renovating the place! the jewelry section is the absolute best! they even have clothes, toys, candy, bath and body stuff, decor, accessories. everything you need is here!! workers are super personable and friendly! please come here!🙏

The Paper Store has a unique collection of items. This is one of the best places to be if you looking to buy a gift/present for your loved ones.The sales associates are very good. They have a good knowledge on the products being sold. They are super friendly too.The Paper Store offers ear piercing with no appointment needed.Fashion, jewelry, kids n baby gifts, cards, home decor, stationery n sports are some of the departments at this shop.I highly recommend The Paper Store. ??

Super easy and fast!
I received a promotion email for an item I was already wanting. I went to the website, bought it and as I was in a hurry I asked for it to be picked up in store. In less than 1 hour I received confirmation that the order was ready to be picked up. When I got there I was very well looked after and everything went very quickly.
The store is huge and has a lot of beautiful things.
If you like this style of gifts for yourself, friends and family, I recommend signing up to receive promotions.

Love this store. So many gift items to choose from. Beautiful displays, very clean store. The help is very pleasant and they know the store very well. Prices are reasonable too. If you have to get a gift for weddings, showers, graduations, this is the place.

Nice place full of gifts & such... But no speciality paper to be found. I was looking for 95lb weight bright white high cotton fiber paper for a project. I mean, the name is paper store... No office paper to be found.

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Extremely rude manager, wouldn’t give me her name. She clearly does not belong in customer service. Too bad, really nice store, maybe consider new management.
