There's a woman there that is so mean. No customer service skills. You ask a question - she answers so rudely! 2x already. One time I was sending a laptop to Canada, another time I was sending an international package to the UK. I have to go to Sutton and Worcester Post Office because I cannot deal with that woman!
Ahah! that's the woman with glasses and dark hair they are talking about in some of the comments! It's not just me other people noticed that already.

Christine, I think is a supervisor, totally soulless human being. I needed help she wouldn’t even come talk to me at first until the lady at the front desk told her too, she was rude and just had a dead stare in her eyes. Something seriously wrong with her. Awful human being.

Tried to open a PO Box. Woman at the desk said I couldn't until I got an in-state ID. Instructions clearly stated any ID + a document with a local address (which I had). She became very obtuse and no amount of reasoning could persuade her.Went to another location and opened a PO Box with no issues... because, after all, I had all the proper documentation. The employee just didn't care to read or be reasonable.

I appreciated the employees (I believe it was Laurie or Heather) and their manager figuring out the operation santa shipping issue. I had been to a couple other post offices who gave up pretty quick. They were prompt and had a great sense of humor.

First time using this post office. Thought the staff were polite and helpful. I did not encounter a "rude lady" mentioned by other customers.

The person who does passports there was nap rude and wasn’t in the mood for work. The quality of the pictures is bad also.

The lady was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I walked in! All I wanted was my mail! It’s her job! Nothing too strenuous or heavy lifting! Not a pleasant experience going to the Millbury post office!

My mail keeps going missing, especially cards. Whether I am sending cards or receiving cards, they all disappear. I have sent graduation, birthday, and holiday cards and they never show up. I had to stop sending gifts cards and started sending checks instead, but they don't make it to their final destination. Most recently, I missed my cousin's baby shower when the invitation wasn't delivered to me and she passed away right after giving birth. I'm heartbroken. Very sketchy pattern of behavior from the Millbury USPS!

Horribly rude and unhelpful when trying to get my passport here. Was patronized by two terrible Karen’s telling me I did not have the right documents when in fact I did but could not admit they were wrong until I called the state department to double check what was required… terrible experience

I have never met a more friendly environment with this post office. They are all supper kind. From the folks at the counter right down to every post man that I have met. I am truly grateful for their service and dedication

There is an old woman with glasses that works there. She has made it a point to be condescending toward me the few times I have been there. I shared my experience with others today and found out that I am one of many that she has mistreated. That type of treatment is unnecessary, unwarranted, and inappropriate. The post office should really get her out of there. That is bad energy being put onto innocent patrons. I will drive out to Worcester we're I've been treated with decency.
