“I had an outstanding experience at the Millis Tractor Supply, and I wanted to recognize both the store and especially the manager, Gabe, for going above and beyond.

I stopped in during what appeared to be one of the busiest Sunday rushes imaginable. The store was packed with customers, the lines were long, and there were multiple people demanding attention at the same time. Despite the chaos, Gabe remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience.

I was interested in purchasing a gun safe that had been advertised on sale but was out of stock. Gabe immediately took charge of the situation and processed a rain check for me without any hassle. He knew exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It was obvious that he was organized and on top of things even with so much going on around him.

What impressed me most was how well he managed the constant stream of customers. Several people appeared frustrated or rude due to the busy conditions, but Gabe never lost his composure. He treated everyone respectfully, stayed focused, and kept things moving efficiently. That’s not easy to do when a store is packed and customers are demanding your attention from every direction.

Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Gabe set a great example of what it should look like. Tractor Supply is fortunate to have a manager who is so dedicated, professional, and customer-focused. Because of this experience, I’ll gladly continue shopping at the Millis Tractor Supply and highly recommend it to others.”

“my local lowes had no more cooler cups within 15 minutes of being released, called plainville, mass location and spoke with i believe john who verified the store still had some (he was awesome) drove 30 min to pick up for myself, my son and friend (both who are working and cannot make it in time) I understand that you have to have an account, which i had 3 to use. My lowes doesnt give me a hard time picking up for them. The older woman at the service desk was just rude and mean when I attempted to get theirs. One per account and must be in the store to pick up. Some of us love collecting and having these lowes items not to sell but to use and have. Drove 30 minutes just to be able to get 1.. I guess im ok with that just she didnt have to be so mean and rude about it. The man I spoke to said if I have any problems to ask for him but I forgot his name :( lowes, please understand some people aren't available at 10 am on a Saturday and still would like an item! But as im standing in line waiting, I see a family with 2 kids and each kid had one.. i drove 30 minutes to get one for each of us, I would have been happy even just getting one for my son and I. I missed out the last round on the glitter buckets because I had surgery and couldnt drive so was excited to get us one of the cooler cups. P.s we love our coffee mugs!”

“I don’t usually write reviews for big box stores because the experience is usually less than average, and no one is ever helpful. it just feels like a self serve walk in get what you need goto self checkout and leave. However, I have to write a review and shout out to my man Mailik! He should earn employee of the month! I had needed multiple shelves but my truck couldn’t haul them all in a single go. When I came back for the second load the store employee didn’t bring them down like he said he would. Instead of operating a fork lift Mailik just used a regular lift using common sense to solve my problem instead of waiting for a fork lift driver. He got the light duty shelves down to me right away and asked if I needed any further assistance while I was in the store! Class act employee thank you sir for not making me wait 30 minutes and thinking how to solve my problem and go above and beyond! Home Depot may be your current job but you kind sir are going far places in life! Keep up the good work.”

“Great place to check out if you’re super picky, low on funds, I just want a good deal! If you need things like picture frames, kitchenware, one of a kind items look here first. It’s truly a gold mind if you’re a crafter or reseller are fixing up rental places. I got a whole box of tile and was able to do the laundry area it was a heck of a lot cheaper than a big box store, and the tiles were modern. oh and the people working there are the best!!”

“Overall service was excellent. The only complaint we have is billing. The home Depot billing system seems not straightforward, always has glitches. This time is no exception, got an error that the store staff couldn't explain, had to leave a note in the system about the billing issue. We've paid the first portion, and will ask home Depot to correct the billing when pay the second portion. By the way this is not the first time we experienced the billing issues.”
