“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dry cleaner and the exceptional customer service I received. I stopped in to pick up clothes for an upcoming wedding while carrying my two young children, and the owner went above and beyond to help me.
Not only was he incredibly pleasant and kind, but he immediately offered to carry all of our clothing out to my car and carefully load everything for me while I managed the kids. As if that wasn’t thoughtful enough, he also gave my son a handful of lollipops, which absolutely made his day.
In a world where outstanding customer service can be hard to find, this experience truly stood out. The kindness, generosity, and genuine care shown to me and my family were unforgettable. The clothes looked fantastic, and the service was second to none.
If you’re looking for a dry cleaner that treats customers like family, I highly recommend giving them your business. This was, without a doubt, some of the best customer service I have ever received.”

I came for a wash and fold service and someone mistakenly took my laundry from the dryer, which was 2 weeks worth of clothes. I was stressing for the next 24 hours on how I’ll replace all the items, but Steve reassured me no one has ever stolen from their establishment and if the items weren’t returned he would cover expenses to replace everything.
The culprit ended up returning them the following morning. The laundromat freshened up my clothes and delivered them to my hotel, as well as gave me the entire cleaning service free of charge.
They know how to take care of their customers!
All I ask is that the wash and fold employees pay attention to the laundry they’re servicing so no one else has to deal with the same experience.”

The only issue the number of Biden-grants that r now flooding it and the other Mansfield community spots down around 140 and the couple hotels they all at. “Best Laundromat! It's all coin op. Thank God! Most Laundromat use card . The prices are very affordable. Cheaper than other Laundromat. The machines wash well. The dryers dry very well too. The only issue is that there more washers than there are dryers. I had to wait a little while cuz a selfish customer wanted to fold his clothes before removing the rest of his clothes from the dryers. The nerve of some people.He knew people were waiting for the dryers . It would be nice to have an onsite attendant and more dryers. Besides that ,it's a very nice place to go do your laundry. Hopefully the owner keeps it coin op?.”
