I recently had the pleasure of working with Katrina from Paul's Flowers for our July wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Katrina was everything we wanted in a florist.
Katrina provided a wide range of floral arrangements for us, including centerpiece details, arbor florals, and bouquets. Her ability to capture and bring to life our vision was truly remarkable. Not only was she incredibly skilled at matching our desired aesthetic, but her prices were also exceptionally reasonable, which was a huge plus.
Katrina is incredibly kind, responsive, and trustworthy. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and her dedication to making our dream wedding come to life was evident in every detail.

My husband and I could not be happier with how the flowers from our wedding turned out! When we went for a consultation, Katrina was super friendly and very knowledgeable of all types of flowers and what would look best based on what we were looking for. We had showed her inspiration images and everything came out PERFECT! And the price for everything was extremely reasonable! We definitely recommend Paul's Flowers for any of your event floral needs!!

Paul’s accepted a late same day delivery order from us for a birthday and sent such a big LUSH beautiful arrangement. it definitely exceeded expectations and made the recipient and sender very happy! Thank you!

Shout-out to Paul's Flowers, who went out of their way to fix UPS's mistake. A packaged I had ordered and that was addressed to my house was mistakenly delivered to their business. They drove by to bring it to my house before I even knew there was a problem.
As an actual review of their business, I was able to snag an orchid for a coworkers present about a year ago, the shop was awesome and there was a nice selection of plants and bouquets, and a super nice employee who offered to help carry my purchase out to my car with me.

I ordered a $75 basket for a wake. The basket was small, mostly greens, okay on one side, and deficient on the other side. I contacted the company and provided a photo showing cut up oasis, few flowers, and whoever responded merely said that the greens were expensive. I will not be using their services in the future.

Just had my wedding this weekend and used Paul's Flowers for center pieces, ceremony site, bouquets and boutonnieres. Everything they did came out absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend. They were professional, friendly, and everything came in the highest quality. They could be charging so much more for their beautiful work. I can not recommend them enough. If you are looking for a florist shop for your next event look no further. Paul's Flowers will forever have my business going forward. I've used Paul's Flowers a few times now and have nothing but the best to say about how gorgeous their arrangements are! The last order they didn't have the exact pot that I ordered online. they called and said they could order one, but it would be later, or they could make up for it with several embellishments, which were above and beyond what I ordered. I really appreciated what they did, and the friend who received them is absolutely delighted with how beautiful they are! And they arrived right on time too!! I will definitely keep using them for all my flowers and gift baskets! They're a great company!!

Couldn't be happier! Paul's accidentally delivered our flowers a little early and we weren't able to fully enjoy them, so they brought us a new bunch on the scheduled day with a different beautiful arrangement and vase! Both flower sets were gorgeous and healthy, and both the staff on the phone and the delivery driver himself were so accommodating. Can't wait to use them for all of our flower needs in the future!

I ordered a bouquet for mother’s day, and i want to give the shop a lot of credit because it’s one of the busiest holidays for a florist and they did an alright job! But i was still pretty dissatisfied. I’ve seen their arrangements before and they’re totally beautiful so i’ll still go back, but i felt like the bouquet for my mom was really lacking. We were told they even charged more because it’s mother’s day. Some of the flowers were shedding petals on the drive home, and the whole thing looked underwhelming. Tons of baby’s breath with barely any flowers.But, again, i normally have a good experience with them so i’ll still go back, but i was pretty disappointed.

I ordered flowers for valentines day through FTD and the order was sent to Pauls florest of Millis. I have never been more embarrassed than i was the moment i saw my wife holding 18 long stem roses crammed in the top of a 3 ft pedestal vase. Clearly they ran out of vases and grabbed whatever they could find. they could have called me and i would have had no problem having them delivered without a vase. never again!!
