excellent customer service. friendly staff.young lady in the Paint section, patient, kind and informative. helpful making color selectionsAll staff is extremely courteous, friendly helpful. find I'm using ACE in Millis more frequently. will shop there for household items instead of the grocery store!!

My daughter and I made several visits there in a week. Always greeted by all employees we saw. They always took us to the location of the products we were looking for. Place clean and well stocked.

Stay away from this store in Greeneville, piss poor, treat employees like garbage, you have one manager barking orders another who doesn't give a s**** an 18 yr old assistant manager who know nothing! Any decent employees they've had have left.. pretty sad

Rocky’s Ace Hardware in Millis, MA is always helpful and attentive to its customers. But the experience I had yesterday was truly exceptional. The battery in my car fob died, and I couldn’t start the car. Justin at Rocky’s Ace Hardware located the correct battery, and opened the fob and replaced it for me. It wasn’t that easy to maneuver the fob to get it open, and then figure out how to release the battery. I’m so grateful to Justin and all the employees at Rockys!!
