“Ray was a great person to deal with, went to check out a 2012 Buick Regal GS and it ran and drove good. I’ve had it for about 2 months now and have had no issues that weren’t disclosed at the time of sale, however i’ve realized the a/c doesn’t operate properly. Granted when i looked at the vehicle it was still relatively cold out so I couldn’t test this feature properly, but that’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it was a great dealer experience, and would recommend buying a vehicle from here again. My vehicle was purchased with over 187k miles on it and everything works as designed minus the a/c, which i’ll take as a win for such a high mileage vehicle, and it has yet to give me a major issue.”

Their cars are immaculate. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their products. You can tell they love what they do. It shows in every aspect of their business. From the time we got there, saw the car, went on a test drive, and to final purchase it was less than two hours (including a half hour trip to the bank).
Their customer service is top notch!! After we drive home, we couldn’t figure out how to properly close the trunk with the top up. A quick call and a trip back and they walked us through every step (definitely user error!). Yes, we felt Ike an idiot. They were more than accommodating teaching us how it worked.
