Got a new phone a couple months ago from this store. Keith is one of the nicest people here. Helped me out many times with numerous issues I had. If you go to this store, ask for Keith. He is incredible.

Junaid at the Millis store helped clear up a billing issue from the purchase and trade in of four phones. It wasn't easy but he responded and followed up many times until it was resolved.

Ask for the Manager Junaid. Very knowledgeable, kind and courteous! He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns! This store is by far the best experience I have encountered compared to the other verizon stores I have visited. 10/10 highly recommended!
