total joke… I received inside information that they mark up their OEM parts 100% instead of the legal 20%… In addition to that, they treat you unfairly based on the fact, if you have problems with how they want to fix your car… I was given great amount of attitude over the phone after they waited 24 hours to call in parts for my vehicle; even though they told me what was wrong and what parts I needed the morning, I dropped it off… Resulting in my car being impounded there for five days. They thought solving the issue was giving me a worn down dirty Chevy Cruz as a “complimentary vehicle”. do not waste your money or your time with these clowns.

This place provides quality repairs at an expensive rate. However I was conned into a diagnostic I did not want that cost me over $200.00. I went there with a precise problem, provided a diagnostics report, & asked for that one repair. Later was charged over $200 for a full diagnostics & quoted over $6200 for ever possible thing my car could be improved on. I thought the $200 I approved was towards the cost of the evap. In reality I was charged over $200 for them to tell me about the problem I already knew about and provided a report on. The actual repair ended up costing me over $200 more. I will admit they did a good job with the repair. I also had a conversation with the young lady at the front desk about this, and while I was polite, I did let Her know that I never would have approved of a full diagnostics that cost over $200 if they wanted to do extra work to find out how much more money they could make off of me they could have done it on their own dime. I will never go back And I will be honest with my friends and family from the local area that while they do good repair work, They take advantage of their clients and will overcharge them every chance they get.

Paid nearly $185 for an oil change and filter only to find out a week later that they left my oil a quart low. Also a day after service i started getting engine check notices for low coolant … i fixed these issues myself … probably not going back to Millville Gas and Service.

Always the best customer service from Natalie in the office, as well as doing what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. The service team does a thorough inspection and gives the customer all the relevant information to keep their vehicle safe and on the road. I'm so glad my friends recommended Neil and Millville Service to me last year!

Always a great experience when I bring my car got service. Staff is always super nice and they sheets explain any odors need with my vehicle and are not pushy for them to do the work.

My wife and I love Millville Service. We, like everyone else, don't enjoy having issues with our cars, it's expensive and unplanned. We used to service my car at the dealer, and hers at Millville. Unfortunately my experiences with the dealer have gotten much worse, whereas Millville stays pleasant. I just switched over service as well, and even with some pretty big things needing attention, Millville was pleasant, provided a very clear findings report, with pictures. I trust them, and they haven't let us down yet.
