Bad experience. Watched a patron be told there were no refills and no iced water. Additionally no workers were wearing hair nets. Gross.

Food is good but takes forever and the wait staff is RUDE. Not worth it at all. Took 45 mins for a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side!!! Bagel was also cold once i got it.

I visited this store for the first time. I ordered through the app so it would be ready when I went to pick it up.I arrive at the store, looked as if it was closed. When I approached the staff I simply asked how are you to which in return I received a “can’t you see we don’t have any bagels” pointing to the empty baskets where I assume bagels are kept. I informed them I ordered online and would like a refund to which they brushed me off and told me to contact them through the app to receive my refund. Emailed them immediately and just now, 5 days later, to no reply from the company. This occasion is infuriating. I will never come back and glad I never got my food after reading the other poor reviews and meeting some very disgruntled staff. Please think twice before visiting.

Online order is a scam!The place closes at 2pm my husband placed an order at 1:20I got to the store at 1:50 and the doors was closed already. There was a girl mopping the floor but “she didn’t see me” i had to knock on the glass door for a while for the lady to even look at me. Finally it was 1:58 she opened saying we are “closed.” Overall story she said they never received the order even tho I have the receipt that it was paid and the time. All she said get a refund.I don’t recommend this place at all terrible customer service!

Every time I've come here it's been two hours before closing and the teens at the counter have said they have no bagels. Just close earlier and don't have people drive all the way here for no reason.

Horrible service . I usually come here , I’m from Milton but today ,There was this one worker who was so rude it completely shocked me. I couldn’t even order myself a sandwich I ordered two bagels and she didn’t even let me finish my order. During the first interaction she yelled “NEXT” over and over again in a rude way . Then when I go up to her she rolls her eyes. There was just so much unwanted attitude. I will never be coming here again I’m so disgusted and disappointed.

This morning I was greeted by a very friendly and conscientious staff member, Makia, who proceeded to create my smoked salmon bagel sandwich. Much to my chagrin (wait for it) they were out of capers! She kindly apologized profusely for not having capers in stock and asked if I would prefer another type of sandwich. I told her, no it was okay. I was a bit sad that there were no capers, but I thought that the service was so nice, with one missing ingredient, I wasn't going to cancel my order. Honestly, capers make the sandwich. So, whoever is in charge of ordering, keep the capers in stock. The manager was not in today, otherwise, I would have asked that they go over to the Milton Market and buy a few jars.

Here's the thing. The bagels are actually quite tasty. The problem is the numbskull staff and the system they have created for ordering. SELDOM do I get what I ordered. It seems as though every time I go in there I get someone else's order. The staff somehow has the inability to hand you the correct order. As a result, when I go to indulge in what I was hoping would be a delicious experience, I end up with something I don't want and throw a tantrum in my living room. I feel sorry for the workers there and especially sorry for my roommate and girlfriend who have to listen to my bagel-fueled tirade. Do yourself a favor, when they hand you your "order" open it in front of them to ensure you don't create a hostile situation in your living room.

Thanksgiving hours posted on the door. We show up two hours before closing to a locked door. But there are people eating inside. Finally, we get the attention of one of those customers who sends over an employee. We're told they "don't have anything" and unless we had ordered ahead, they're not letting anyone else in.Called the store in VFW Parkway to see if it was the same situation over there. Of course it wasn't - got coffee and a half dozen bagels over there no problem.Don't know what happened, but I'm pretty sure this wasn't the right way to handle the situation.

Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism as I did in this Bruegger’s location today.I have been a lifelong Bruegger’s customer and fan. Since I was young, Sunday’s wee often filled with Bruegger’s bagels. The two employees who were serving customers were among the most unprofessional; rude and embarrassing display of customer service and employees I’ve ever seen. The entire restaurant was discussing it in unison. I felt like I was in a movie it was that comical.Not only did they get the entire order wrong for both my girlfriend and I in every way. They rolled their eyes and whispered amongst each other trashing customers and employees. They were excited customers were angry and could not have been more miserable in the process. These employees no longer should work at this company. I will be calling as well management and I am excited to express my displeasure.Unimaginable how bad this customer service, professionalism, and these employees were. They shouldn’t be allowed to represent Bruegger’s Bagels. An embarrassment.

It is already 2023 and this store still has no dining allowed which is so inconvenient to customers. Their staff is not even wearing face masks. So what does the policy of no-dining serve? This was given as a feedback to their management since 2022. Customers should just avoid going to this place as their message is that customers are not welcome to stay. Even the District Manager Roy Welch relishes that they are still open because they still have staff unlike Starbucks, and I quote his message: "Thank you for your sincere feedback. I sincerely apologize if your experience at our Milton Bruegger's Bagels left you poorly satisfied. Our goals are always high quality food and service for each of our diners. Competition, in any market, is always welcome. That's how we learn and grow. I recently walked up to the Starbucks around the corner from our Milton store, at 7 am, and found the that the store was closed due to insufficient staff. No excuses but merely an example. I must comment that your linguistics is absolutely amazing!! My appreciation. Best wishes!" Roy Welch District Manager
[email protected] I totally agree with the other reviews here about the staff. It is not as if it is a group of happy employees. They look like they are dragging their feet in doing the orders. I would not be surprised on how bad their management treats them. Roy Welch doesn't even know how to respond to a customer. He thinks his sarcasm wins him points with the customer. NEVER COMING back to this place.

We have been to this location three times, and all three times, we've gotten ingredients on sandwiches that we specifically asked not to have due to a food allergy. One time was almost understandable, despite the fact that the order is read back to us exactly as ordered, so I'm not really sure how it gets lost in translation... but three times is not understandable. We shouldn't have to check our order before walking out of the store. I would normally never leave a one star review, but I reached out to customer service regarding this well over two weeks ago and have gotten no response.
