I was discriminate by the branche manager who came out tell me i cant take my money out because i didn't open the account at this location definitely will closed my bank account and file a discriminate at the discriminate office

Horrendous customer service. They lost sensitive information (names, addresses, social security numbers) of our condo association trustees. No explanation, no apology. Due to this and several other mistakes we were forced to end our relationship with citizens.

Worst experience ever. They wouldn't cash my cheque because it was over $2000. Said they wouldn't have enough cash for other customers. Would close my account and go somewhere else.
