I never write negative reviews. I use the opportunity to be positive. This pharmacy is comparable to your local RMV. Lack of communication, LONG wait times, and shit customer service. Can't wait to never use this again.

I will never shop at this CVS again!!! I had a one-time prescription filled for a nasal spray due to Covid. They filled the scrip but gave me 90 days worth (my prescription was 1 X with 2 refills) which cost me $75 after insurance. I realized this after I got home and when I went back to return the extra 2 boxed, sealed sprays, they said they could not take it back. The pharmacist said they just fill based on my online profile (without considering the nature of the prescription) and that I should have checked before I left the store. He also said I should have known based on the size of the bag that it was for 90 days. I don't have x-ray vision, nor can I judge 30 versus 90 day prescriptions by looking at a brown bag. The pharmacist was adamant that it was my fault and he could have cared less if I was a satisfied customer.

I have been a customer at the CVS pharmacy in Milton MA for more years I can remember... year after year the service declines but we loyally continue getting our prescriptions here. The phone service is terrible, takes for ever to get to the pharmacy and once connected the waits are super long no matter what time of day you call. Today I spent over 1 hour on hold and never got connected. The people behind the counter are most of times unpleasant, and the pharmacy staff not always helpful. I think I will be switching pharmacy.

So back story ! I know it's many years ago but it's relevant to my experience today . When my son was two and needed a prescription i used this location. After i got home i realized the meds i picked up for my two year old was for a man of the same name but 84 years old , heart meds !!! Now today after my father was discharged from the ER he wanted to go here ,i reluctantly agreed ! Yet again they are not up to par! As you can see from the attached photo you cannot read the "important info" thankfully we are here to assist my 86 year old father with all the important info he may need ! Thanks seems like a simple fix folks ! INK IN THE PRINT

This CVS is the worst!!! All the employees are constantly distracted and seem to not know what they're doing. Slowest service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. Avoid this place at all costs!

What is happening to this CVS? It's never been great but lately it's been completely inept. I get calls and texts EVERY DAY from CVS: "Want to refill your Rx?" That's convenient albeit annoying. Then calls/texts saying: Your Rx is ready. Problem is when you go to pick it up ITS NEVER READY. And there's always a line of people in the same situation. And the wait time of 15 mins is more like 30-45. The staff are always flustered. The last time I was there the pharmacist himself threw up his hands and walked into a back room. If this were a rare occurrence it would be tolerable. But ITS EVERY TIME I GO THERE NOW. The tired old excuse of "we're having problems with our computer system" just doesn't suffice anymore. Time to find a new pharmacy.

I transferred my prescriptions this morning from this CVS to Walgreens. Too many unacceptable situations have transpired recently at the Milton CVS for me to justify continuing to give them my business. Prescriptions are promised and not ready on time. If you show annoyance, a rude and hostile pharmacy employee comes running over to shut you up. Twice this woman has launched intro a diatribe against me for complaining. Who needs to be subjected to such behavior? No more CVS for me.

This is the WORST CVS I've ever been to. They say the prescription you're picking up loud enough so others can here & prescriptions typically take between 1-3 days to fill, makes absolutely no sense at all. I'm done w this CVS & would rather travel farther for better, more consistent & more professional service. They need to study up on discretion & how to be much more efficient.

I've never gone to pick up a script and have it be ready. Even when I get the call from cvs that the script has been filled. If you're going to this location to pick up medication, estimate approx 15-30 min wait time or that it not be available at all.

I go to this CVS as infrequently as possible mostly because the staff is NOT helpful. It is also crowded and can be difficult to find things. I just waited over 10 minutes as the cashier rang in my purchases incorrectly and then told me "I don't know what to do." No one else in the store stepped in to help, and I ended up overpaying for my purchase because I did not have time to stay to correct the mistake or have confidence that it could be corrected even if I had stayed.
