Worst! Who answers a professional office phone with Hello and forces the caller to ask if they called the correct office then seems annoyed with the question. Train your team!

PJ at front desk is total Moran , rude andIncompetent of doing his work , does not return calls or communicate at all

The office hours are 9am - 5pm, I tried calling the office between 12 & 12:30 answering machine comes on to leave a message, not saying that we are at lunch or anything except we're not able to take your call.
