The Eustis Estate Museum and Study Center is a beautiful and wonderfully preserved Gilded Era mansion with stunning architecture, set on impeccable grounds at the foot of the Blue Hills. It features an eclectic mansion, gorgeous woodwork and tile, and is complete with original furniture and artwork. The venue is described as a convenient gem, located just 10 miles from downtown Boston. Visitors can explore the interesting history through touch screens in each room and with very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful staff who are proud of the estate. It is a beautiful and accommodating venue for weddings and events, as well as a loved destination for tours, with many guests becoming members.
Beautiful, accommodating, and easy to work with. We had our wedding here in October 2025 and I could not have asked for a better venue. We fell in love with it instantly and, along with our planner, Patrick helped up bring in all the vendors we needed for a perfect weekend.

Beautiful house with an interesting history. The touch screens in each room, and the option to ask questions of the staff on site if you want, allow you to learn as much or as little as you'd like about the family and the property as you look around the house.
