I use to go to this salon every few weeks for either a mani or pedi; sometimes both. They always kept customers waiting but did a good job at fair prices. On Sunday I was the first person to enter the shop, asked for a gel manicure and one manicurist started the work. Two more customers came in along with two more manicurists. I was then asked to move to another seat and another manicurists finished my gel manicure. I was never asked if I was ok with this - which I was not. I felt I was not valued and that asking me to move was disrespectful. People don't remember what you say to them, but they remember how you made them feel. i will take my business elsewhere.

Called ahead, made appointment for 11:30, sat in chair soaking feet for 30 minutes... told me someone on the way shortly, nobody came after 30 minutes, left and was told after sorry, person on phone made mistake as I was leaving instead of while I was waiting for 30 minutes.... waste of time and very unprofessional!

the people are great but the lady broke my actual nail yet kept applying glue and trying to put the acrylic on until i noticed it was hurting.

I was a bit skeptical at first because there aren’t many reviews but I did see Tiffany’s name pop up a few times so I decided to book with her. She was available the same day I called so that was convenient. The whole time I was getting my nails done, I tried not to pay so much attention because because I don’t have high hopes for nail places besides where I’m used to. But after all was done and I left, I finally took a look when I drove off. I was pretty satisfied with the results. I have a hard time finding techs who can reach the sides of my nails and it honestly felt like I’d be disappointed. Tiffany actually went in with the filer after and did both sides of the nail so not much showed! That’s a unique technique!

I never had a problem when it was the old management. I went in the first time since it changed owners and was not impressed to say the least. The woman who did my nails I felt didn't want to be there and didn't seem to know exactly what she was doing. She clipped so close to my skin that I started bleeding. No apology or offer to wipe it with alcohol. She kept going. Further more she put the nail polish over the cut and I'm sure she will not be throwing that away! Just stuck the brush back in. Gave me chills to know how many others may have used that with unsanitary conditions. I immediately put antibacterial ointment on my cut when I got in my car. So Gross! Needless to say I will never return there!
