Check in and loading was excellent no time wasting if you get here early my appointment was 1pm got loaded at 7:20 am will definitely come back.

In an out within an hour to load friendly staff didnt know it was appointment only showed up early they were nice about it and understanding that it was my first time there didnt know it was appointment based overall good experience

Great customer service ?. I arrived a day before & parked across the street in the open area, checked in at 0700 & was loaded & outta there by 0800a. I was told they're open only from 0700-1100a.

*Avoid if possible*NO ON-SITE TRUCK SCALE. They have no clue what the product weighs... They load overweight and if you need them to correct the load... they will ban you from loading again - even when it is the customer requesting for the load to be fixed.

Make sure you know the weight of your load here. 2 trucks besides me had to come back after going to weigh. It doesn’t matter if you show a scale ticket with your empty weight or not. ??

Nice people, but you could be waiting for a while. Fills up quickly. Current hours are 7am- 11am. Be there *early*. Parking available in additional lot directly across the street.

I give 1 star, because no option for 0 star, 8 trucks in front of me, and alredy pass 4 hrs and still got 4, this is herrible!!!!!!

After waiting for 4 hours in the line they loaded me with wrong product and when I asked if I can go back so they can reload me they said I have to get back in the line and wait again because it’s unfair to other drivers.

Once I found out what to do (which is park then go check in at shipping then proceed to load area and wait at stop) it was quick took very little time

They load you pretty quick if you're there before noon staff pretty good as well

The lady in the office kept me waiting for freaking 15 to 20 min while she could have helped me long time ago. All what she was doing was talking in her phone and she will look at me here and there and still do nothing about it. They need t someone else who will help drivers more.
