I can honestly say I am proud to bank with Monson Savings. The team has made it really easy and manageable to deal with any of their services. Their online app is a great tool to stay up yo date with all your transactions. The process and security you go through to access your safety deposit box and privacy you get once you have possession of it is comforting. The lobby and interior itself has been freshly renovated and makes customer interaction better than the old process. As for COVID they have done a great job with safety precautions and recommends going through the drive threw for your needs if possible. Inside they have plenty of protective glass and six foot markings as well as someone to greet you at the door. Just be sure to have your ID with you.

I just want to say how amazing everyone has been during my home buying process. The bank lobbies being closed and limited to drive thru were of concern to me, but everyone worked together so that my check for closing was ready so that I didn’t tie up the drive up window. Amazing service, given a challenging time.

so i have repetatively had problems with them changing policies then claiming they were that way all along even with proof in hand. Spoken down by staff and the assistant manager. now i asked to speak to the higher ups yet again they act like im the problem... fun y last time they sent me an expired coupon for a pie do not go here

I’ve never had so many issues with a bank. The lack of communication between management and their employees is outstanding. I was excited to support a local bank, but they have been nothing but disappointing.

I've been banking with Monson Savings since 2008 and they continue to impress me. Today I got a visit from the Amy Forkey, Assistant Branch Manager from the Monson branch. She stopped in to my business in Palmer to introduce herself and ask if there was anything Monson Savings could do for me. WHAT?! A house call? Well a small business store call...when was the last time your financial institution stopped in and said "hi" and checked if there is anything they can do for you?
