“Very nice staff. They let my daughter in at 11:58 on Saturday to mail a package. I was pleased. 😀 I’d use Palmer post office again. I don’t even live in Palmer either.”
“We just had the absolute best passport renewal experience for our daughter today. Tara was amazing! She transformed this very dreadful appointment into an extremely pleasant and fun interaction. We will never go anywhere else for passports.”

“Never have a problem with the post office. Just have problems with UPS they always send shit back to sender or ship it to 50 different locations before they send it to us
Keep up the excellent work USPS.”
“It's the federal post office in a very small town, but don't worry you'll get the same treatment as a big city... interpret that review anyway you like 👍”
“I was a bit nervous by the reviews here but I went here for my passport photo. Anne was simply the best. She took a few photos and made me feel great about everything in the process!! I am so grateful she is the one I dealt with. She double checked my paperwork and waited for me as I had to run to the car. Ten stars. Her customer service was outstanding. So much so I had to park to wroye this! Thanks Anne :)”

“This may not be my post office but it’s the only one I go to because of the amazing customer service I get each and every time I walk in here. Being greeted by Julie always makes it the best experience. She makes everything easy and professional. Thanks so much for all you do!”
