I was dealt with respectfully from the first phone call instead of being rushed off the phone without fully listening to what I needed. Part was high quality and I was given advice on installing it. “Vassar's is by far the best around. I made the mistake of purchasing from a different Fisher Dealer that has no idea what they are doing. Brought my truck to Vassar's and they had it fixed quickly and corrected an issue the other dealer made as well. These guys know what they are doing and are very fair. Take the time to travel to them if you can as they are outstanding.”

“I needed two tail light replacements and was going to have to pay 320$ for the parts new. I called them and they were so nice and helpful, had the parts I needed and were a quarter of what I would have paid at an auto parts store. Plus they have a cute resident beagle, and signage by the entrance that indicates acceptance and a safe environment. Could not recommend more.”

“this is an outlet store or something, i think the majority of workers are doing something else in the back and they come check the front. the store has a little bit of everything a worker needs, and if necessary they will stock whatever you want the next day , or sometimes even just a couple hours if they get stuff sent from another store. really nice knowledgable people work here, its not a bad place to discuss your projects and what tools you need etc”
