“Our dog has gotten much better care since switching there a couple years ago. We recently switched our 2 older cats as well this year and one had an issue resolved that she had had for years with a minor procedure that the other place said she couldn’t have done to her because of age and the other one had been losing weight, and with medication is now chubby and happy again.Everyone is always very nice and friendly there and would definitely recommend and actually have to other people. They also accept the CreditCare card which is helpful.”

“If you live in Western Massachusetts this is the best veterinarian around. My furbaby was very sick. She was unable to stand up. We called our regular vet they said it would be several days before they could get her in. We called Dr Katz and they were able to see her in just a few short hours. We found out she has Lyme disease.Thanks to Dr Katz she is getting back to herself.The staff was extremely friendly too! I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone who loves their furbaby as much as we love ours.”

“Edit: Unprofessional practices. Beware- do not pay by check! I wrote a check Jan 6th which did not get deposited until July 14th.I have since left the practice.Convenient location. Can't go inside. Great receptionist- but miss the old vet. If you pay by check they will sometimes hold it for months.”
