“After our beloved vet of many years retired several years ago, we've struggled to find someone we could truly trust with our pets' care. That search ended when we met Dr. Brown and her exceptional team for a time-sensitive procedure.
When our Siberian Husky suddenly needed eye removal surgery, we were devastated and worried. Dr. Brown stepped in with a level of compassion and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Her communication was clear and thorough throughout the entire process, explaining everything we needed to know without overwhelming us during such a stressful time.
What truly amazed us was that Dr. Brown performed the procedure at an affordable cost. In a world where pet healthcare costs can be prohibitive, her fair and reasonable pricing made all the difference for our family.
The exemplary staff deserves equal praise - every team member treated our family and our husky with genuine care and kindness. They were communicative, efficient, and somehow managed to maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere despite the serious nature of our visit.
While we only anticipated visiting for this procedure, I am pleased that we've finally found our new permanent veterinary home with Dr. Brown and her team. “Dr. Jurk and the entire staff at Animal Eye Care of New England are absolutely amazing. When my pug Owen was diagnosed with an eye disease I researched the best place to take him. After reading so many wonderful things, I made the appointment with Animal Eye Care of New England. Pugs are prone to eye issues and I knew I wanted the best. We have been seeing Dr. Jurk since January 2020. After receiving treatment, Owen sees perfectly! We go in for bi-annual exams and he is doing great. As you can see by the attached picture Dr. Jurk loves her patients and they love her back! The same staff have been there since we started going. Always so friendly and welcoming. “If you live in Western Massachusetts this is the best veterinarian around. My furbaby was very sick. She was unable to stand up. We called our regular vet they said it would be several days before they could get her in. We called Dr Katz and they were able to see her in just a few short hours. We found out she has Lyme disease.Thanks to Dr Katz she is getting back to herself.The staff was extremely friendly too! I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone who loves their furbaby as much as we love ours.”

“Edit: Unprofessional practices. Beware- do not pay by check! I wrote a check Jan 6th which did not get deposited until July 14th.I have since left the practice.Convenient location. Can't go inside. Great receptionist- but miss the old vet. If you pay by check they will sometimes hold it for months.”
