He was funny, sympathetic, and the first thing he said was, don’t feel bad. This happens all the time. Can’t say enough about the guy and not clear there aren’t more five star reviews because he has a five Star guy.”
“For an inspection, go early and I mean before they even open at 7:30 to get in line or you will be there a long long time. If you get there later, you might have to bring a sleeping bag and a meal. Bring a book to read. It's not their fault, but there's so many people needing to get their car inspected that's the reason.”

“The service and people were great. The documents I signed were supposed to be sent to me via password protected email. I never could open the documents. They were printed for me and left in the car. I’m not sure I got all of them. There was no owners manual left in the car. There is a 300+ page owners manual on-line. Do I have to print this myself? I think the car has 8 speed auto transmission but can’t find in the owners manual how to engage 4 wheel drive. I’ll have to return to dealer to find out how.”
