Worst service experience I have ever had. I have a tire package from Ford.I hit a deep pot hole and got sidewall damage on my back left tire deep gouge. I told the service advisor, Kaitlyn, that I hit a pothole and wanted to submit a claim. A couple days later she sent me information that the claim was denied. Kaitlyn submitted the claim falsely. She stated that it was curb damage. The insurance does not cover curb damage. It only covers roadside hazards. I called and talked to her and explained that she had submitted it wrong and she argued with me and told me that that is what I told her.So I asked to talk to her manager. Some guy name Mr. Tovornish, came on the line and started accusing me of harassing his staff that they were all pissed off at him. I tried to explain to him that his service advisor had made a mistake, and all I needed her to do was resubmit the claim correctly. He explained to me how he's been in business for 25 years. (Somehow with all that time he can't figure out how to make the customer happy. Just because you were the only show in town does not make you the best.)After about 15 minutes of this guy berating me , he finally said he would look into it. Mr. 25 years of experience never did anything never called me back.I called my service advisor from the Ford dealership off Island and he got everything taken care of for me. No questions asked,that's how good service works and he's even in a different state. He said just buy the tire and they would reimburse me. Done. That's all this dealership had to do as well, but they like to argue with their customers and tell me that they don't work with third parties.And this is not even a third-party. Kaitlyn said that she was doing me a favor. This is a tire package through Ford company.Maybe she should be less worried about her lunch and more about customer service. It's not like this is even a busy Ford dealership or service center compared to big dealerships off island. I walked in and there was four people sitting there and no customers.I would highly recommend NOT taking your vehicle here for anything. Wait UNTIL get off island.

Most honest and fair dealer I've ever dealt with, no lie. Paid very fair value for my trade, didn't give me any hassle for using my own financing and sold me a new for a great price. It was 100% worth the ferry trip over. Would definitely do business again.

Unprofessional staff. The car was done at 12.18pm to replace 4 ild tires.They refused to release the car and kept it for joy ride/personal use till 4pm. No protection on the car seats or matts. The mechanic left heavy dirty grease all over the matts and seats like pigs. The manager protected the mechanic and refused to behave professionally toward customers. Shame on them. Layla lied at 1pm that the car wasn't ready. Shame on her.

Don Allen does NOT do After Market Factory Warranties. Do not bother, they will not do them. You have to pay for services out of pocket and go thru the claim process yourself. If you are sold a warranty from an off-island dealership and you are told that Don Allen will honor the warranty, they will not. Apparently, it’s too much time and paperwork and they absolutely refuse to have anything to do with them.

I was just getting to Nantucket for a week of 4x4 ing and I had trouble with the 4wd. They were extremely professional and pleasant.They took my car in when and saved my vacation.Thanks to everyone

I brought my Ram 2500 with only 12,000 miles on it for a failure in the rear load floor hinges. And a trim ring for the under seat LED. They quoted me almost $1000. And told me they would not honor the warranty or service contact. The parts are available directly from mopar. The floor was $252. And the trim ring was $11… that’s a lot of labor for 6 screws and a snap on trim ring. When I mentioned the part cost the service representatives straight out laughed out loud at me. And said fix it myself then. I asked for a manager to contact me…nothing. So I refused service and went to pick up the truck. They charged me $70 for diagnostic. Basically I got ripped off from this “Certified “ Ram dealership. I was about to spend $50-60,000 on a dump truck. Not now. This place caters only to the rich and to Jeep rental companies. Steer clear. They will steal your money next.

Went in to get an alignment. Took 3 tries for them to get it right. The technicians were complaining about having to redo it, and telling the service desk to never book in a Toyota again, all while I’m sitting 5 feet away. The technicians were extremely rude, and don’t do good work. The girls at the service desks up front could not have been any nicer. Would’ve been a 1 star review, but Lindsay at the service desk made it all happen. 10/10 for the service desk team.

So I walked in to buy a new Jeep to this store. Was waiting for 15 min for someone to show up. Lady, which name start on K finally showed up. I have never met sales person with a worse attitude. From the start she was very rude, making faces while answering my questions. My and my girlfriend wanted to buy a Jeep on finance. I asked how long will take she said she has other thing to do. After 4 hours I gave her a call. She said it’s not approved, it can’t be approved, i suggested her to call the bank and offer 10k more on down payment she said- no it won’t work. Sales person?So I picked up a phone, called cape code dealership, got approved in one hour with original down payment. I will never again walk into this dealership.

Terrible service. They have no idea how long anything will take but they’ll tell you a few days and then 3 weeks later your left wondering when you’ll get your car back.
