Brilliant heavy bags class. The instructor was encouraging, clear on direction and supportive to the whole group. I left feeling amped up to face Xmas with my family! ? Would 10/10 recommend ?

Came to Nantucket for my kids spring break. It's a town with limited exercise opportunities. I stumbled upon Nantucket cycling and fitness and was so impressed. I joined their $50/week unlimited classes deal. I took classes with Lisa ( the owner), Stacey, jasmine and Jenny! They were all amazing . The workouts were fun but still doable with good amount of sweating!! Loved all of their enthusiasm! They were all so welcoming and encouraging to a newbie in their class. They all outlined their workouts on the board at the beginning and showed us the individual moves with modifications. I'm a committed exercise-oholic. So it's really important for me to break a good sweat daily. It felt awesome to be challenges for an hour. My favorite was Jenny's Friday morning- spin+ HIIT. But I also tried the 3-2-1, TRX (eh... my least favorite) and the body sculpting class. They are all excellent. The best part was that all of the instructors were truly engaged with the clients in the class- they all knew about their challenges at work and home... it was like a little family! So nice to see such a warm feeling to a little fitness studio. If I ever came back to Nantucket, would love to become a permanent part of their family and workout there all the time! Love all of you ladies- Lisa, Stacey, jasmine and Jenny!! Thanks for a great week..:)

Superb instructions and lots of good classes are offered. A bit expensive if you pay per class but good to go to as a visitor looking for a fitness place.

Nantucket Cycling and Fitness (NCF) provides the best workout on Nantucket. There is a large variety of classes from Barre, Spin, HIIT to CrossFit. There is something for everyone and BABYSITTING! I highly recommended all the classes there, especially the combo classes that allow you to get cardio and strength in one class. There is no better place to get a high quality, high sweat workout with great instructors. Go. You won’t be disappointed!

If you haven't checked out NCF now is the time to do it! During the month of December you can join the Holiday BINGO fun or just attend a class and check out all the ugly Christmas sweaters the others are wearing. NCF studio offers workouts that are challenging, engaging and will push you to your limit and beyond. All the instructors are excellent so no matter what time of the day you prefer to workout or what type of class you are interested in...you will be led by professional and knowledgable instructors who are very creative in their workout routines.

The best workout i’ve found on the island. Great mix of class styles to suit your personal preference. I’ve enjoyed each of the instructors that I’ve had. You can easily check the schedule and book a class through mind / body.
