I have taken the megaformer, barre and bootcamp classes and have loved each and every one. I know space is limited there, but that is part of the charm and you don't need much space to get a kick-butt workout in! The fact that you can get your workout done in the cutest house, in the heart of Nantucket is an added bonus.
The Studio Method is designed to develop core strength, balance, flexibility and endurance by combining the best of barre, Pilates and high intensity interval training. Every class is musically driven, purposefully set to an ever-changing and fun playlist that maintains an efficient pace to keep you focused and motivated.
The method is made up of four classes: Barre, High Intensity Interval Barre (HIIB), Bootcamp and Pilates on the Reformer-X. While the four classes are designed to complement each other with their diverse cardiovascular intensities and types of muscle strengthening exercises, each class is developed to effectively standalone as a full-body workout. No matter your skill level, you will see and feel results instantly.
