Extremely unhelpful and rude. Usually no one is at the front counter. Better off going to the down town post office.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This post office lies about delivery issues and returns to sender.

The Nantucket Post Office delivery system needs MAJOR improvement. I have had a package "issue" every single year ... including opened packages and items stolen from inside, and totally lost packages which they say have been delivered. I highly suggest not sending packages through the USPS; use UPS and FedEx.
