The store sign and Google hours do not match. They offer printing services, however only one associate is “allowed” to print and they do not show up to work on time and do not work weekends. Getting things done on the island is hard enough- the businesses should operate the way the website offers. Do better UPS ACK.

Hours are incorrectly posted, and the lag between a package arriving and the shop processing packages in my experience can be over 2 days long. Severely understaffed and under delivering.

I got a mailbox here in April of 2024, and have always had a great experience. At one point another customer kept using my box number and confusing shipments, now anytime I go in they know exactly who I am and which mailbox is mine. The associates are always super helpful and go above and beyond. I’ve never had an issue sending or receiving my mail here. For a busy little shop, I’m always impressed at how seamlessly they function! 10/10

We went there at 5:02pm, because the hours confirmed by the business on google said they work until 6pm. They were closed. We stayed on the parking lot for about 15min and there were about 20 more people who tried to enter, realizing that the business closed earlier.
Our friend went there at 8am, trying to ship a package. It says they open at 8am on the official UPS website. There was nobody there and it was locked!

They are always closed when you need them. The hours posted online and on the door are rarely accurate.
Good luck getting anything done on this island especially at this terrible FedEx location

I understand summers are crazy in Nantucket especially for UPS. I’ve worked a lot in customer service and I empathize with having demanding and grumpy customers. I don’t understand though when there is a lack of help or empathy from the employees to customers who are friendly and kind from the start. With t-mobile, I have no service at this store. I logged into their wifi without issue last year but this year I have a different phone and it would not connect no matter what I did. I had three young kids with me who I was trying to keep calm. I understand if there’s nothing you can do as an employee (although I’m not sure why the WiFi isn’t better), but they just stood there and said nothing while I kept trying. I eventually asked if other people have trouble logging onto the WiFi to which they replied “yes.” I mentioned that I should have taken a screenshot of the QR codes beforehand and they said that that would’ve been a good idea. Long story short, I had to leave and go back at a different time with screenshots. For anyone going there for an Amazon return- screenshot your returns before getting there.

Forgot to get my passport photos done till the night before my appointment and the staff especially Nikki and Vincent went out of their way to be helpful and kind. I had a great experience thanks to them. Great customer service and overall kindness

Never felt more uncomfortable. Jessica should not be working with costumers. Unprofessional and just a nasty person to deal with. The store and employees have always been great here. Until this gem.

We just received a couple of art items that were perfectly wrapped and delivered to our front door in a timely manner. It’s a routine process for Mike and his staff but it is extra special for the customers. Always a pleasure to deal with the UPS store on Nantucket.
