I just went in today-- as a masculine presenting nonbinary, the staff here are absolutely top notch! They're so friendly and attentive, and made me feel not just welcomed, but cherished, and helped me find perfectly fitting cute outfits!I really can't recommend them enoughEdit: I think it's also worth noting all the 1-star reviews on this shop are mainly related to the adore me app, and they're taking their frustrations out on the store that has no power over it.

Usually this store is really great but I went on Christmas Eve looking for something and the one employee working there who said she was from the providence store was so UNHELPFUL I left feeling insecure and uncomfortable usually I have a really great and positive experience but being told things only come in a certain size and would be way too small isn’t a good experience.

I went in “just to look” and left with a giant order thanks to the wonderful and helpful customer service of the two ladies working. I left feeling confident and pretty. Thanks so much for providing a warm and welcoming environment!

Focused on selling not fitting gave wring information.I was told there was a location in Bridgewater when i stated i lived on Cape Cod for a return only to find out it was NJ not MA!!! After wearing for a few hours nothing fit properly and was falling out and found out that the sizes were wrong! Called to exchange/return but cannot do that because you need to call store directly which is not picking up phone. Thoroughly upset...FIRST & LAST PURCHASE!!!!!

Never got the box but credit card was charged this place is a scam. Waste of money never ordering online again and I called and they told me they can not do anything for me. The elite box commercial is a lie it cost way more then what they say in their ads. If I was everyone try Victoria's secret or even another company this place is a shame. I asked to delete my account they told me they would but never did and still charged me for product I never seen.

The ordering process take a week to 10 days before it is process but they charge my card as soon as I place the order. Ordered on May 7 and it is now May 18 and still has not shipped. When I called CS they said it could take up to May 30. This is not the first time I have had this issue. Do not order from them they want to take your money and not deliver on what is order unless you call. CS is horrible.

Amazing customer service, Chloe is a fantastic sells women. Not only did she size me correctly, but also referred great clothing options! Despite her battle with breast cancer, she has an upbeat friendly attitude. I definitely will be coming back!

I received a gift card. 1 I am in my 70's and the sets are for younger at hearts. It would be nice to have separate bras. 2. The website has an annoying pop up with no way to x out. I found something and tried to order but it said incorrect number. It's the correct number. I called customer service who stated they had no idea what was happening. $50 wasted. My grand daughters birthdays are coming and as this is more suited for them, had Adore me been helpful, I would have purchased several gift cards for my 3 grand daughters. DON'T GET THE GIFT CARD.

Tried the elite box for 3 months. 1st month went grate although one of the straps broke immediately after putting on. 2nd month nothing i liked, so everything went back, and they charged me $20 styling fee. 3rd month again nothing i liked for the prices, except when i sent it in they said it was poor quality and charged me $52, none of the items were tried on, and they were sent back exactly the same way they came!

I was excited to find an actual store close to me. I have been ordering on line and happy with the products. Unfortunately the sales people were incredibly rude and actually were making fun of my bra size. They thought they were being covert about it, but it was completely obvious! Needless to say I walked out without buying anything!

I ordered a Box from them they said you can try everything on and send it back and not be charged as in everything back none of it was worn in the packages and they charged me $20 for every single item a $140 I had nothing to show for it their complete scammers

Moderate/high priced products, close minded staff, I felt like the staff member kept correcting me and made me want to leave the store. I won’t be back and I don’t expect them to last if that’s a typical experience.

Searching last minute for a bathing suit for daughter. Exhausted all the Mail stores & this store was suggested. I entered the store and it was completely empty. Two women/salespeople were there and one asked me what I was looking for. Gotta tell you-oddest experience I’ve had in a long time! I’ve worked in service my entire life. There was no smile. No any sort of true desire to actually help me. Just sort of bland information giving while upselling at every opportunity. I love how salespeople think everyone that shops has no life experience. Anyhow, the weirdest part was I kept complimenting the suits. I was very pleasant & upbeat-happy to find some suits this late in the season. I told her I was going to text my daughter, probably a few pictures and see if she liked any. No response. I truly felt like this irritated her. She just stood there and stared at me. As if I was on some time limit. Stared. Wouldn’t give up. Kept pushing the suits. I’m texting and walking away and she’s just staring as if she was expecting a decision. I decided to walk out of the store to breathe and wait for my text reply. I popped in a couple more times-while waiting as I continued to try to decided on some suits my daughter might like. The best part…! The other woman who was present came over to me sort of in a huff and asked me if I was staying or going because my coming in and out (2 times max) was affecting their “count” as to how many people enter the store. I legit almost died laughing. She was very emphatic and quite upset signaling her arms back and forth over her head and saying “So in or out-make a decision”. I looked at her, laughed and said ok, not too friendly and abruptly left. Sales101: try not to throw the customers out of the store for walking. It might affect your sales. ????

Amazing amazing service! Came in with some friends and Alora and Monica absolutely went the extra mile and beyond helping us out- we all got fitted for bras, they were bringing things over just for us to try on and have fun with, very positive and encouraging- the best experience I’ve ever had buying bras by far, I felt so confident and welcome!! (Plus I found out I’ve been wearing three sizes too small, oops haha! The new stuff fits way way better!) Thanks y’all!!!
