The employees at the store today around lunch time need some training in what it means to WORK in customer service! I went to the Natick store today and we were looking around for someone to let us in the fitting room but I didn’t see anyone so we just used the opened door. No big deal. When I got to the register, the person barely acknowledged me and the 3 employees were standing at the register in the middle of conversation and sharing things on their phones and never once looked up to even engage in any way, shape or form. The one employee rang me up and I tapped my card and that was it. No pleasantries. I told my 12 year old nieces that those employees are the perfect example of what NOT to be like when they are old enough to get jobs.

I was there with my son yesterday. He got pants for his birthday that didn't fit. We were baffled as to why the man behind the desk was so angry. He was rude the entire time. I told him I was sorry he was so unhappy. I was so uncomfortable that I had to say something. He yelled over me the rest of the time yelling about how he is happy when he doesn't have to deal with customers like you!!! Me and my son left upset and shaking. It ruined our night. It was a basic transaction. How was this such a terrible experience? I'm still baffled.
