Although I've seen Aldi countless times throughout the US, it only piqued my attention after I watched a German Youtuber living in the US make a video about it and I decided to check out the closest Aldi to where I'm living. I've also lived in Europe for several months many years ago and had grown fond of some European products, particularly their cheeses and this Aldi had plenty to pick from which I really loved.Unfortunately, their produce section is a bit lacking which is why I'm docking a star. But this store still offers quite a lot of imported European, particularly German foods like cookies, potato snacks, as well as cheeses and sausages. Btw, although eating large amounts of processed foods isn't great for your health, at least rest assured than the European imports are under stricter standards than what we have in the US, not to mention generally higher quality. This Aldi, as well as the others in the Boston area, seem to be out in the exurbs so I'd advise you to do your research first before heading out here (like previewing their ads, bringing your bags and a quarter for the cart, and also watching "Feli from Germany's" video about Aldi from late 2023.)

Great price and food selection, the environment is clean and beautiful, the location is very convenient as well. The people work there actually are more pleasant than other expensive grocery stores. Save me a lot of money on groceries.

I just had the worst experience at the Aldi store location in Natick. One of the employees started berating me during checkout because she didn't think I was placing my groceries on the belt quickly enough so that I may negatively effect her "checkout speed". When I began explaining that I was going as fast as I possibly could, she was so rude that she actually got up in the middle of the order and started yelling to her other employees that she was unable to complete my checkout. I was so embarrassed as their were many people in the store. I recently injured my shoulder requiring surgery to fix it therefore I am unable to use one of my arms at 100%. This woman should be nowhere near a job that requires even the tiniest amount of patience or customer service.

Just witnessed a staff member cursing and swearing at a customer for a good twenty minutes straight while shopping with my children at this establishment. I do not recommend shopping here where there are unprofessional staff that conduct themselves in that manner. Children should not have to witness this in a grocery store of all settings.

Absolutely the best value for grocery shopping, a motorized cart and wheelchair for the disabled. Once you go there, you'll be hooked for life!

Great to know there's an ALDI in the neighborhood. Moreover, on a bus line, hooray! Cheaper groceries. Never expect personable customer service or on-floor help, especially in the neighborhood store. The store is a little messy and unkempt a couple of times much. Cheaper don't justify a "dumpster vibe !" We're still paying for your product; thank you very much!

I had about 30 minutes to kill and thought I would check out Aldi while I was nearby; prior to this, the only Aldi stores I have shopped in were in Virginia. It was 12:30 on a Thursday afternoon, I wandered around the store and didn't think it was all that well-stocked, and the milk is more expensive than the Wegman's in Chestnut Hill!! I picked up two things and headed towards the front to pay, and unfortunately there was just one cashier and I would have been the 7th person in line (and EVERYONE in line had a cart full of stuff). This store desperately needs self-checkout lanes because EVERYONE could then get in-and-out, especially those of us with two items. Did I wait in line? Hell no.

The organic fruits and vegetables here are fresh, delicious and very reasonably priced. Go early because they sometimes sell out. I give only 4 stars because the variety is not extensive. Aldi is my go-to place for organic blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, avocados, zucchini, cherry tomatoes.

The worst service, rude, obnoxious. Cashiers hold on to carts so you have to share a cart with whoever is behind you, pack your groceries next to someone paying for theirs. It's dumb. Pay for your cart so you'll return it is the worst marketing idea ever. Not many people have quarters and use their own bags or end up holding things. People with carts spend more! I hate this place.

I've never been to any other store aldi store, but this place desperately needs like a self-checkout or have an employee that can actually help. The workers try their best but doesn't matter what time of day it is. Whether it's when they open middle of the day or they closed there's always six people in line with carts full to the brim. So if you live nearby and you're just trying to grab an item or two you're going to waste more time standing in line then going to the store picking out stuff and purchasing it and then heading home.

This places feels depressing. Quality of produce and meat is noticeably lower than Stop and Shop let alone Wegmans. Lots of common items aren't available here (e.g. shallot). If you want a potato, the minimum quantity you can buy is a 5lb bag. Checkout line is almost always long and easily takes 10 minutes before you get to check out.

Love to do my groceries there. They always have fresh fruits and vegetables, the price are competitive. For example, you can have a package of strawberries for less than $2 dollarsAnd also cashiers are very fast?????

Faithful ALDI shopper. Cut my family's weekly grocery bill in HALF and I spend so much less time shopping each week due to the store's efficiency, no-frills, and simple layout. If you are creative and flexible you can make easily make this place work. Asparagus doesn't look pretty? Cool get the brussels instead. Cheapest milk cheese & eggs in the area? Awesome, we'll do quiches for dinner one night. Cover your basics and yes you may need to pop to a mainstream chain for occasional stuff but my default is ALDI. No self check outs and the lines usually fly. Please don't leave town!

A lot of hidden gems here, from the food to the aldi finds aisle. Great value for the items you receive. Always a win here.
