After a day of either rude/bad (that's you Mango/On Cotton) or apathetic service, I felt the need to call out the outstanding associates at AE today. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but extra love to the younger blond girl. She was fantastic.

Akya was the best help, legit felt like i was shopping with a friend. she helped me find a couple pair of jeans and was incredibly patient and genuine.

The workers here harass you while shopping. I was followed around the store for over 30 minutes while shopping after telling the workers that I did not need help.

Gabby and Gaby were incredibly kind, helpful and patient. They were eager to run to find pants that fit and gave great feedback about how they all fit.Sadly the stores sales were not as clear as they could be, but these two staff members helped make tough choices on a great pants selection.

Words cannot describe how much I love this location, a couple of months ago I accidentally left behind my debit card (that has my savings attached to it) by accident. A lovely employee (whose name I meant to get) actually held it in their safe...as I left my meal at cheese cake factory panicked. They gladly returned my card upon confirming identification (which I was also impressed with). These ladies deserve a serious pay raise. Whoever trained them on payment security also deserves a serious kudos as well. Super impressed all around, il make sure this location gets my loyalty.

They had what I needed but I was very confused when they told me I couldn’t return my online purchase. I’ve never had issues returning aerie stuff at an American eagle but here they told me I couldn’t? It’s right in their policy that you can go to any of their stores. Just was aggravating. They said to go to the Aerie next store and they totally messed up my return. Just wish they would’ve processed it so I could’ve avoided all the trouble at the Aerie store.

I went into this store today 8/26 and I just want to mention how bad the customer service was. I was stared down by a lady named Maren who never asked if I wanted help so I went to complain and the manager who’s name was Kerry gave so much attitude. I’ve never seen customer service that bad in my life, I will never be returning to this location.

I went back to school shopping with my children this past weekend and some of the workers there were polite but you could tell they were uncomfortable asking customers for help since I’m guessing one of their managers, who had a Shroom tattoo (which is really inappropriate) kept harassing them to ask us for help when we were clear about not wanting any. I feel bad for these kids working there.

Rude mgmt. I was at the store today and heard Shelby giving grief to one of the staff people. I thought mgmt was supposed to support their staff and make a good environment. It's clear that they don't. I won't shop there again.
