Went into the store with partially working AirPods and they completely broke them and said nothing they can do despite them breaking them. When I went in for charging issues they would still connect and partially charge. After employees “trying to figure out what was wrong”, the AirPods completely disconnected from my phone and won’t pair at all anymore. No one willing to own up on why that happened or give me anything for the fact that THEY BROKE my headphones.

I now associate Apple with pain and tears. I spent over 4.5 hours in the store dealing with hardware problems on my iPhone. Yesterday I waited 45 minutes to be seen, even with an appointment. I had to return today to drop it off for repair, came back four hours later, and it still wasn’t ready. I then spent another two hours just to get the iPhone ready and set up.
The store was noisy, crowded, and clearly understaffed. The employees were kind and tried their best, but the experience was exhausting and frustrating. This whole process wasted my entire day. I left completely drained. If this ever happens again, I’ll switch to Android.

Today I was in the store, to say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I came to the store with the fact that I wanted to exchange my entire phone for a new 17th, waited 45 minutes for someone to come to me, I was already tired of waiting and approached the girl in line who was consulting a person, I had a lot of questions, this girl was in a hurry I don't know where, I am a client and I want to be well consulted, I never received half of the questions that I wanted to ask, the new phone was not in stock, I ask if I can place an order here, she tells me “yes, go there to the computer to do it yourself”, and she left, where should I go? What should I do? She didn't show me the store, I just left the store upset, wasted an hour of time. I want to say that there are 3 employees in the entire store who are busy with customers, and everyone needs to be approached, I am a customer, I want to be properly advised, not rushed, the service is simply terrible, put more employees so that everyone can get their service. So if you don't want to waste your time and get nothing, it's better to do it online or go to another store!!!

Third time in three years I've tried to buy something at this store but no employees will help me; I assume it's my skin color but who knows. Today's experience: walk in, make eye contact with multiple employees who keep chatting with each other and stare past me. Go wait by a table where an employee is helping someone else, hoping to make eye contact. When he finishes he walks past me to the next table to chat with another employee. I flag an employee down saying I'd like to make a purchase, he says he'll find someone to help me and then goes to chat with other employees. After more waiting I flag another employee down, he says he needs to find the line manager or something, walks away and disappears. If you're going to have lines, have lines. If you want to pretend there's some sort of customer browsing experience, train your employees instead of paying them to ignore certain customers and socialize with each other.

Chuck was the sales person. He was magnificently patient. He was also knowledgeable and helpful. I was having difficulty with credit cards and he hung in there. It went on for a long and irritating time. We finally did get the sale accomplished appropriately.His patience was nonpariel.

I have came here multiple times for repair issues, and every time I have had a great experience! Yes wait time can be long after you check in, but I expect that considering how busy they are. However, when I make an appointment before hand, they are very timely. Max was the specialist that helped me most recently, and he was very helpful and so kind!

Cannot get through to Natick ma to make an appt. to buy apple care for my new (under warranty) I phone 16e. Would go there but I know they won't help me without an appt.

Arrived with the intent to buy 2 unlocked phones, was told to wait 10 mins; 30 mins went by with no one to help and left. They don't want your business, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!.

Staff is negligent. Keep you waiting for 30-45 min even if you’re on time. I was here for a repair service but had I been here for a purchase, I would’ve gotten seen immediately.

Very bad customer service by Manager Bill and sale person Andrew today at the natick mall Apple store. I will switch to Samsung or any other. I can tell their service from other reviews, looks like many of the customers are disappointed with their customer service. Check screenshots of other people reviews in my review. They are terrible.
