This isn’t related to any service done at that location however this is about the interview that was done there. My first interview process went quite well but my second one was nonsense and horrible. So you’re telling me after taking my first interview, waiting a week, getting back from them in a week just to say there are no positions available, and then reject me after my second interview after 2 weeks from that phone call. Awesome work in the hiring process.

Excellent store with excellent customer support. My phone was ready in an hour after I placed my order. Strongly recommended. traveled from Providence, but the trip was worthwhile. Great Team

Apple is terrible, again.I have a pair of 3month old Air Bud Pro 2. They are malfunctioning and when I took them to the Apple Store in Natick, MA their tech guy confirmed the case was defective.Rather than offering to replace them, they told me they could send them off to be repaired - which would take a week. When I asked what I should do for ear buds in the interim I was told my only option was to buy another set of wired earbuds for $20.Unbelievable. To review: Apple confirms their product is defective, but the only remedy they offer requires me to spend more money on Apple products. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??

I am still under the 1 year warranty and they are refusing to replace my phone since their “diagnostics” couldn’t find any fault on the phone when they literally saw what was happening with my phone with their own eyes.So, suddenly iPhone 15 couldn’t recognize my face and passcode so I was locked out and I don’t have any other apple device. I was in the store for help. They literally saw that my phone was unresponsive to touch and lagging. A few weeks before that I went to the store due to camera issues. The technician saw that the Live Photos were dropping frames and they dismissed it as a software issue. So I went home since they couldn’t repair or replace my phone and waited for a software update. Now I’m faced with a more serious issue that the passcodes I’ve used are unrecognizable and I am locked out of my phone.The apple technicians didn’t really do anything to help me. I was there in total of almost 3 hours. The Verizon technician was the one who figured it out. It almost took an additional 7 hours for my phone to restore from iCloud and it’s still missing a lot of photos/datas. iPhone 15 has been the worst iPhone I’ve owned. The technicians in Natick were not helpful at all.

Ordered and picked a phone at this location and the team were friendly, helped me confirm everything was working and most of all made the trade-in process and exchange of my prior phone very easy.

Love it here! I went in to get a new iPhone and every employee I interacted with was sooooo incredibly nice! Honestly I would go back just to hang out with them. Shoutout to Chuck, Jesus, Kurt, and Tia. You guys are the best!

A really great Apple Store. There's plenty of staff pretty much anything you wanna demo is available and when you need to pick something up from pre-order it's very quick. Another thing I love is I can bring my dog here because I try to take her almost everywhere I can go in the mall, and though the thoroughfare allows dogs, many other stores in the mall do not. The prices aren't incredible but at the same time it is an Apple Store and they have always been about quality over anything else, so I won't give them a lower review for that.

Came with questions for tech on whether a screen could be replaced or if damage was too extensive on my unit and the staff was throughly useless. Didn’t care, and didn’t make any attempts to answer my question or find a solution. the lady was pleasant enough, but utterly unhelpful. Apple inc has really gone downhill with no sign of hope around

I'm not an Apple fan. But my daughter is. She has a laptop, computer, and phones from Apple.This day, She wanted a pair of earpods pro. The sales people were very attentive and we got them fast. The store is very open and welcoming like other Apple stores. I will go back again.
