It is great to work with Sammaa Elsherief. She is warm and supportive, and has strong architectural and design skills. I brought in photos of my family room, and she immediately was able to focus in on what would work best in the space-plus she was attuned to my taste and needs. I feel like I have my own interior designer She gave me plenty of time and didn’t make me feel pressured. I look forward to continuing to work with her and strongly recommend her to others.

Alyssa and Sammaa collaborated on the original layout and design footprint for my living room, and they absolutely nailed the vision. From there, Sammaa worked closely with me to select the perfect accessories and artwork that brought the entire space to life. Our experience at Arhaus was truly outstanding, all thanks to Chris! From the moment we walked in, Chris went above and beyond—he patiently showed us every product we were considering, answered all our questions, and worked hard to help us bring the total cost down by an incredible $8,000. His product knowledge, professionalism, and honesty made a huge difference and made us feel confident in our choices.
Designer Tinneka also did a wonderful job helping us design the layout to suit our space perfectly, and the manager was very accommodating and made sure the process is smooth. But it was Chris who really made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and budget-friendly. If you’re shopping at Arhaus, ask for Chris—you won’t regret it!

We recently urchased exquisitely designed furniture from Arhaus's Natick store. Our in-store consultant Chris Harvey really pulled out all the stops in terms of guiding us to the right designs and putting together cogent decor.
The store manager Salim Kabanda was also of immense help when it came to placing the order, securing the financing, and arranging for delivery.
Overall, we could not be more pleased. We are delighted with the exquisite level of customer service and attention to detail.

5 Stars go out to Casey! She is fantastic. We came in looking for a mirror and a chandelier. She spent alot of time both in the store and on the phone with me, helping to figure out the best sizes for the space. Casey is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help the customer.
