Don’t ever buy furniture from this company. We spent over 13 K on furniture and it keeps getting pushed out. The sales at Natick Arhaus House are terrible, never answer their phone, and never follow up with any delays. We ordered in February and our furniture was to be delivered this month, and now they pushed it out to the end of May.I already am dealing with a Corporate Manager and it’s still not resolved. Any suggestions to get your company on track and my furniture delivered?

This review is NOT about this location. The staff here are incredibly friendly, nice, helpful and just all around amazing with customer service. They cannot, however, make up for the incredibly poor quality of this furniture and worse, the terrible service from corporate.We had our Finnley Chest for 1 year when the hinges completely failed. The doors of our $1,699 cabinet are literally hanging off and it's been like pulling teeth to get it fixed by Arhaus (again, the store locations have nothing to do with repair, I'm certain if they did, this would be fixed). We are going on 4 months to have some hinges replaced and multiple calls, outreach to get status on any of it since they don't bother to follow up.Are Arhaus pieces beautiful? Yes, but the quality is just not there for the price and neither is the service when things go wrong. Just know that once the pieces land in your home, you're on your own if anything should need repair.Never again, Arhaus.

It appears that despite sending the check, they claim not to have received it and are imposing substantial interest charges. I recommend avoiding any business dealings with them. If have 0 start I will give to themBad Customer service

We placed an order and PAID for it over 8 weeks ago. When calling to request an ETA, besides being treating very poorly and the attended being rude to us, they claimed we have not paid even though we have a receipt and a bank transaction confirming the payment (over 8 weeks ago). After that, they told us our order will only arrive in January, at this point we should already have the order. They were supposed to get back to us with a position on our order but haven't, our emails are also not being responded and we still don't have a solution. We are very unhappy with the customer service.

Hands down, I received the best service and product from Arhaus Natick. We were at a loss on how to reconfigure our family room, Tannika and Robin were top notch with their service and recommendations. Tannika took photos and measured every detail of the room to give us several options. Back at the showroom, Robin and Tannika worked with us to find the best fit for our needs which resulted in a beautiful new sectional, chair and poof, that worked well with our existing pieces. The room is much brighter and has more seating, our two main goals. Thank you Tannika & Robin!

We continue to be impressed and appreciative of Robin Levitt, Arhaus Natick. She provided us with her person cell number to text or call when we have questions or are interested in other products. I have always received a very timely reply in my communications with Robin. She is the absolute best!!! She is very knowledgeable about Arhaus furniture and other design products. She willingly communicates with the Arhaus delivery team to ensure we receive items as soon as possible. We recently needed to return an ottoman as it was too large for our space. Robin arranged for the pickup and kept in communication with us regarding the status of the pickup. I highly recommend Arhaus in Natick and most especially encourage you to ask for Robin Levitt.

Excellent, Excellent service. We were greeted by Sammaa who really took care of us. We found a leather couch, she suggested a different color and it was perfect. Then a chair, 2 petrified wood tables and a cow hide bench to work as an Ottoman. Great selection of everything here, a tad less money and restoration hardware , better from my lens in most every way. We have a beautiful home with Stockley and Harden furniture and now a very hip/ modern family room. Take the drive to Natick and see it.

The furniture at Arhaus is stunning! The layout of the Natick store feels cozy and welcoming even though it is a big store. I think the most enjoyable part of shopping at Arhaus are the people that work there. We have worked with Robin Levitt on several occasions and she is truly amazing. On a recent visit, we were looking for a couch. Once we found one we loved, she personally moved a chair from the other side of the store so that we could see what it would feel like with that couch. Who does that? Robin does!! She remembers details from conversations that we had with her months ago about our house, and was able to make suggestions that really benefitted our design.During our last visit we had a great conversation with another sales person, Tinneka. Neither Robin nor Tinneka made us feel rushed, which made the experience so pleasant.**I have seen some negative reviews about this store and even specific employees. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. There is nothing further from the truth. These people are great, the furniture is exceptional. The only reason someone leaves a hateful review about one person and tries to smear their name in the business is jealousy. Pitiful.

After a positive experience w/ the Home Office Concierge in regards to an outdoor table we purchased a few years ago that completely deteriorated & is therefore no longer on the market, we were offered a "re-select" option at the Natick location. Due to our poor initial experience at this location we knew to call ahead & speak w/ the manager, Suzanne Robin, to ensure there would be no problems & they had tables available to view in person. After several calls she seemed surprised that she had to honor a re-select so we had the concierge speak w/ her directly & it was clear she preferred us to order online. Upon arrival there weren't many outdoor tables to view so we had to place an online order. We were surprised w/ the lack of professionalism, like the table falling apart was our fault rather than a major decay problem already known to the company & solution provided, then a "sorry" after the fact. Employees eating yogurt next to the manager at the front counter. A manager that clearly was not versed in how to use the computer even with the system prompting as could be seen in the mirror behind her & needing assistance from another employee until completion. Nor did she try to up-sell us with perhaps chairs to go w/ our table. We are grateful for a replacement & credit. We hope this outdoor table, although not the style we hoped for, will last & we will never purchase from this location again & will think twice in regards to product quality before ever purchasing from Arhaus again.

Well I got my sofa delivery on Saturday morning however the crew of 3 men refused to bring my 88" sofa up six flights of stairs because it would not fit in the old elevators in my building. So I will be going to Arhaus today to cancel my order. Remind me NEVER to do business there again!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time going to this location. Their sales team rushed us out an hour prior to closing because they wanted to leave early.Their sales person, Robin Levitt, was one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've ever met. Ironically, we went to a few other stores and mentioned we had issues there and EVERYONE knew exactly who we were talking about!Apparently, corporate not only knows about her racist and derogatory remarks, but they just ignore it because she sells so much furniture. Good to know they value profits over treating minorities like human beings.I can guarantee myself and everyone in my community will be boycotting this location due to her employment! See how she feels about minorities after we stop giving her our money!!!

Arhaus Natick rocks. Robin and Alyssa couldn't be more responsive. We had some fairly nuanced needs and they stopped at nothing to make us happy. Forget the rest, this place has it all for prices that are fair given the quality.

I have bought quite a few pieces of furniture at Arhaus and at this shop in particular and was quite excited to see that they had remodeled and expanded their showroom. I came over the weekend to browse and was struck by the coldness of the staff. All seemed too busy to answer basic questions. One shooshed me away, another gave me the clear message that my request was unimportant. I will drive to Burlington moving forward and hope that the service is better. With this attitude, i might as well shop exclusively online or take my business to a place that knows the value of customer service

Please please read reviews before you shop at this store. The management is so unprofessional, rude, they lie. Purchased a sectional couch mid November was told it would. be 9 weeks. When the 9 weeks came was told it would be another 9 weeks. They delivered half the couch, said they would compensate us for the inconvenience. Our corner piece of the couch the cushion was all sagging after sitting on it one week. They replaced it and the new piece had a green dirty mark all over it, had to return that. Finally got all pieces delivered in March now they said they won't compensate us. Talked with the regional manager who was so rude on the phone. I told them to take the whole couch back. For the price you pay in this store ($10,000) the quality is junk. Don't be fooled. Stay away. Worst experience ever in the Natick store. I just wish I read reviews first, there is a lot of negative ones.
