I’m shocked at the reviews about the customer service at this store. They are all a year old or older so maybe management has changed? We were there yesterday to find my daughter a bat mitzvah dress and I honestly can’t remember the last time I had customer service this good. The woman who helped us brought us some suggested dresses and it was clear she had paid attention to our price point and how bare we were comfortable with—we hadn’t even said that. She was attentive to fit and helped us think about alterations for some of the dresses. She even helped my 11 year old niece feel special while she waited for us. We found a dress that made my daughter feel beautiful and the price was so reasonable. We had a great experience.

horrible staff with horrible service. they have no sense of privacy or respect. never go here because these people are tactless and disgusting.

The dresses are pretty and elegant, the lady works there is knowledgeable about the dress and gave good suggestions, my daughter found the perfect dress after two tries. Highly recommend.

I went here to try on prom dresses and the service was awful im normally a size 4 but can fit into a 2 and grabbed a 2 dress to try on and while putting it on getting past my hips, because i have bigger hips and butt and a tinier waist i was asked if i needed help, where i responded no the lady came in completely leaving the curtain open and ripped the dress off my body saying it was too small but she easily slid it off over the top..then when i came out she proceeded to stare me down say that im probably a 6 and basically body shame then asked me about what event its for, how old i was, what grade i was in, when my prom is, where my mother was and if my mother knew i was here, the service is rude, and the entire situation is uncomfortable and embarrassing, they also had barely any sizes bigger then a 2, i used to like this store but its service and truthfully the dresses they’re selling are not worth going back

My daughter wanted to start looking at prom dresses early, the woman working there made the experience very unfriendly. They really won't let you try on more than 5 dresses, which made it feel very pressured as my daughter changed from one dress to another. Given the experience and the high prices, we won't be purchasing a dress from here.

had a shocking experience at Aria Couture's Natick Mall store recently. I wish I could leave 0 stars.
While searching for a dress for a special occasion, I found one I loved on a mannequin in my size. However, when I asked for assistance, the employee's behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional.I was so embarrassed by the interaction that I had to leave the store empty-handed. I work in retail myself, and I would never dream of making someone feel the way I did that day, especially young girls looking for dresses. I politely explained that the dress she handed me was different from the one I wanted and in the wrong size. Despite this, she repeatedly insisted that I was a size medium, not a small. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to listen to my requests were humiliating and left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable, especially since I was shopping with my boyfriend and his brother, who witnessed the entire exchange.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and amounts to body shaming. It is unfortunate because the dresses at Aria Couture are so pretty. However, I will not be shopping here again and will make sure to tell others not to either.

Went here to get a prom gown in the off season. Lots of old gowns here. The saleswoman was very pushy and made my stepdaughter feel uncomfortable. Shame on me for not reverse searching the gown she eventually really liked, turns out it was sold for well under $200 from other retailers whereas we paid over $400 at Aria. I would not mind so much except the straps broke 20 minutes into prom, hadn’t even started dancing yet! Will not be going back for next year’s formal gowns.

Was thinking about purchasing a dress from this store but that changed when the staff members were very unwelcoming. We walked in and they were looking at us like we were going to rob the place, and at one point while we were looking around one of the workers was silently spying on us. Very targeting and nasty behavior.. creepy as well

I arrived to shop for a MOB gown, The sales clerk did not stop vacuuming the store until I made to leave because there was no one to help me. She then helped me pick a few dresses and when I came out in the first dress she told me to lose weight ( I am well within the sizes the store offers ) Horrible place !!!!!

A very quiet but lovely dress shop with a good variety of dress in colors and shapes. Not many long sleeve dresses from the looks of it. The lady who helped me and my girlfriend was extremely patient and helpful!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible which is unfortunate because the dresses are quite nice. A little overpriced but the staff is extremely rude and unpleasant. They assume you can't pay for anything and follow you around the store. If you're looking for a dress, go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional!! They made sure that they had eyes on my friends and I at all times to make sure we didn’t steal. As I am trying on dresses, they kept on walking in the changing room on me unannounced while I am naked, violating my privacy and making me feel very uncomfortable.
