The worst experience! 4-5 months ago I went for my annual check up and cleaning. They told me I need scaling instead of regular cleaning which is around 2000$ and my insurance doesn’t cover. Also right away doctor tried to put me on antibiotics to rush me into starting the treatment. Front desk was rude, They are just pushing to get treatments that I don’t need by using shame tactics. I decided to go to another dentist and it turns out I didn’t needed either root planing nor antibiotics and some other treatments they are just lying to charge more money. Also my insurance was covering first check up but I still got bill to pay. Definitely not recommended.

I have a full set of dentures and one of my teeth on my top denture broke off so I had to get it fixed. I went to aspen dental because they were recommended to me and I had an amazing experience. They were thorough and straight to the point. I was so nervous but thank you aspen dental and staff for making my first visit a really good one

Made my Day!Visited Aspen Dental as an elderly man on social security. They treated me as though I were a wealthy celebrity. Compassionate professionals, a wonderful team. Thank you for your kind, thoughtful and understanding service. I left there feeling "special".Carl Tripp--- (another visit) This review is for anyone seeking Dental service. First, I am an elderly man who appreciates a quality product at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time, don't we all. However, there is so much more. The "people", the "service", and on and on. Building a quality "team" in any business is the responsibility of upper management, in this case, .. the Dentist. Her name is Doctor Al - Noori, .. kind, caring and thoughtful in all she does. The team she has built all receive the highest Gold star plus in too many ways to list. Even trying to name them all would be a chore. Starting with Fadi, her lab technician who is a man I believe in as a man you can trust, did the best work. Two of her Dental assistants whose names stick out are Krithi and Kelsey. Not to shortchange each and every person you would work with in her office. (Simply, this old man doesn't retain names well.)Dealing with people who look you in the eye, listen, understand and cope with you at a particularly stressful time is "priceless". This team obviously comes from quality upbringing, add to that, training that is so important in working with the public. Trying to keep this review brief is not easy. There are so many wonderful reasons to place your confidence in this office for your Dental needs. I did and left there a happy person with a bright new smile on my face. I had a very good experience with crowns. The only issue, I didn't have a great experience with is the financing of the procedure (the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). It's very possible it wasn't Aspen dental's fault, but if not, they should change the bank they are dealing with. Initially, I was precleared for 0% financing option (on a short term loan), but when they really started to process the application for the loan I didn't pass for the 0% financing, but only very high percentage options (that's with 680 credit score). So unfortunately I had to scramble and pay out of pocket. Again on the dentistry side, I give the highest marks!

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. Asked many people for a dental referral and got none. Understandable, most people avoid the dentist. I'm so happy that I made the decision to make a reservation and deal firsthand with the most kind, thoughtful, understanding team. This altruistic group were well organized in treating me like I was their only concern. From the minute I arrived, through each specialist in their specific job, right to leaving with a smile on my face, I realized this was a compassionate group of professionals who I would certainly recommend. Actually, looking forward to my next few finish up sittings knowing I made a quality decision, but will miss the gracious members of the entire team.Thank you,Carl
