Nancy and the team at the Natick location are a step above the rest. Talk about customer undivided attention. Did I mention they have a clean Vibe music store. Trustworthy and did an absolute amazing job on helping my family get new phones and added a few lines. They even put on a our screen protector, cases and helped us transfer the data from all 6devices. I can't recommend them enough. They've done multiple upgrades and phone support needs for me at this point and everytime the experience gets better and better!

"I'm still shocked by the way I was treated at the AT&T store in Natick Mall today. My husband went there to resolve a problem with our account has been happening for 2 months. We were charged twice the amount of our plan.
The attendant, Natalia , treated me with disdain, unprofessionally, and with discrimination. I asked to speak with the manager, and he or she wasn't there, according to her. We've been loyal customers for over 3 years.
Whoever is the manager of this store, I would like to tell you: Please choose your representatives better. Because someone like Natalia should NEVER be a representative of a renowned company like AT&T. Sincerely, I felt like calling the mall security.
And for you who don't speak English and are an AT&T customer, this is the last place you should go to resolve any issues related to your account. Not to mention that we discovered a fraud on our account. Simply disappointed with the company that was the first to bring the iPhone to the market.

They were short staffed, but when I walked into the store, they immediately greeted me, acknowledge and made me feel welcome. The 20 minutes wait felt like 2mins! They were busy as I understand it’s a holiday weekend and everyone went to the mall. I walked into the store very skeptical about upgrading because I had a bad experience somewhere else prior. They gave me suggestions and what would be the best option for me come to find out I am a first responder, and I qualify for additional benefits. Bernie and Nancy did an outstanding job in bringing my trust back into this company. I will go back to the hospital that I work at and refer everyone over to them.

Nancy and Jerry were both super helpful! They were short on staff but advised us it would be about 10-15 mins. It took about 5 mins! They analyzed my plan, got me a new phone plus a watch and lowered my monthly payment. This location will be my go to location going forward. Thank you again and this store has gained my trust! The store manager and the rep Jerry were very respectful of our family. They greeted us even though we had a 96 old grandpa and helped us with great care. We walked out of the store happy and excited! We would have not been able to do any of the transfers ourselves. Natick store gained a lifetime customer. Give them a pay raise! Thank you

I went to this AT&T to add 2 iPads to my current line with them. I was informed that my bill would not be over a certain price. However I was not informed that the first bill would reflect a much higher balance because of the discounts and credits needed a billing cycle to take place. Also my actual phone plan was downgraded during this time and I only went in to add the iPads. My phone started working extremely slow when not connected to WiFi and I’m trying to reset the network settings to figure out what’s going on, only to be told when I called into AT&T customer service that my plan was downgraded the day I added the iPads.
Turns out the lady who helped me downgraded my plan in order for the price to fit the price she was quoting me without disclosing that to me. I honestly feel scammed. I think they just wanted to make the sale of the two iPads instead of being upfront about the actual cost. I really don’t understand why you’d change someone’s phone plan and not disclose that that’s what you were doing. Now I’m going to be paying a phone bill every month that is well over what I was quoted. The whole process has been tedious and frustrating.

I know ATT gets a bad rap but customer service at the mall in Natick is second to none. I always feel the people there go the extra mile to help us out.

Horrible the first time when I bought my husband's cell phone I asked for a phone plan for one price and they put the plan that is twice as much, the second time with my cell phone I asked for the promotion cell phone and they sent me one that is twice as much in addition to They send me the wrong cell phone I tried to resolve it, they said I would have to pay to activate the cell phone all over again plus 4 dollars to return a cell phone that was wrong due to THEIR MISTAKE
In other words, in the end I would have to pay for an error that the store made, the manager tried to resolve it and said he would refund my money and I am still waiting for a refund...

THE WORST COMPANY THAT IN EH SEEN AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE A CONTRACT WITH AT&T FOR 120 DOLRES PER MONTH AND THE FIRST PAYMENT OF THE MONTH IS 450 DOLRES IS NOT JUST THAT AND WHEN I WENT TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED WITH MY PLAN THEY TOLD ME LIKE NO THEY KNOW WHAT HAPPENS THEY DO NOT HELP YOU AT ALL THEY JUST TELL YOU TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO MAKE ANY CONTRACT WITH THOSE PEOPLE FROM AT&T NATIK MALL THEY ARE THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
