I was recently in for service. Just an oil change this time. But I've leased and purchased here as well. They've been a friendly, no hassle bunch, though it's been a while since actually shopping. Sales people definitely don't pounce on you in the showroom. I'd shop them again if I'm looking again in the future.
On the service side, they're great about going over the car and letting you know of any issues that need to be addressed. I try to do some things myself and, as with any dealer or repair shop you're not familiar with, I'd get additional quotes on larger jobs. Dealers are universally pricier. But if you do have them do everything, if trust they'll do a good job. The people out front (Ali today and Ross many times over the years) have been personable and helpful. Good to chat with and knowledgeable about your car and any maintenence or repair related questions
Long story short, I've had a good experience with them and would recommend to anyone shopping the brand.

You can always expect superior service, care and attention from Linda O from Audi Natick.
I had some issues with my A/C unit but it was addressed well with updates. The front tire replacement was timely executed with balancing and wheel alignment all in. She is very reliable and will take care of all of your concerns. Well done, as always Linda!!

I bought a pre owned car from Audi Natick, A few weeks into driving the car, the trunk was jamming. When I took the car back I was told it was the sensor and to hold the open button to reset. Nothing was done. I’m still having the same issue, now it’s worst. The trunk only opens partially despite the reset.
It also was such a hassle to schedule an appointment because the vehicle is not an Audi and they did not offer loaner car for that reason. I was told that I would need to leave my car for a few days. I’m not happy

I have been going to Audi of Natick for almost 15 years they have never disappointed the service team takes the time to explain the repairs and make me feel comfortable with the money I am spending on my vehicle and to that end I am most appreciative for their efforts.
Everyone on the service team is knowledgeable and helpful.
