From first contact with Kevin Chu through the actual purchase it has been an efficient effective process. I didn’t have to meet or be handed off to multiple individuals. Kevin did a great job of understanding what I was looking for and matching my needs to the Audi line. Once we proceeded with the purchase Megan did a great job of processing the paperwork while taking the time to understand what was behind my decision and to ask about my experience with the dealership. Kevin introduced me to the Service department where Ross gave me some information on the service process and provided me his card. The following Monday when I returned to get my inspection and registration Kevin spent more time with me coaching me on the functions of the car. Overall a seamless low stress very efficient customer experience.

My fiancée and I were first time car buyers and had the best experience at Audi Natick with Jorge Paiola. From start to finish, he helped us find the best car to fit our needs while providing helpful insights, suggestions, and assisting us in evaluating options for both new and used vehicles. He went out of his way to make our experience as smooth as possible, including driving to Boston to pick up our down payment check in person. He truly is a rockstar at his job, and hopefully we have the chance to work with him again in the future!

I had a great experience at Audi Natick, and that is owed to Kevin Chu who was a fantastic sales rep, or “brand ambassador” as I think they call his role. Super knowledgeable about the cars, patient, and really took time to listen and understand what I was looking for. I test drove 3 or 4 cars and he knew the ins and outs of each one. He was honest, and if he didn’t know answer on the spot would take time with me at his desk to research and answer it accurately which I appreciated.
I highly recommend asking for Kevin if you are looking to buy an Audi at the Natick location!

I Highly recommend visiting Owen at Audi Natick. He helped facilitate the purchase on my new 2024 Audi Q5 55e, and I am very satisfied. I’m a New Hampshire resident so he met me 2 hours up north to pick up my trade-in and drop off the Audi, even met me on his day off to drop off something I forgot in my old car! Good Communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. Overall a great experience with him and Bernardi Audi Natick.

Had a great experience with Audi Natick not once but twice with the help of Kevin Chu, one of the sales reps at the location. He was very attentive to my concerns and knowledgeable of the cars he offered when my wife and I went looking for our cars. I highly recommend this location.
