Stay away from this dishonest dealership. I was to purchase a new car and when I showed up to sign the paperwork and exchange my old car for the new car, they tried to bait and switch me by increasing the purchase price by $1,500. I walked.

Absolutely blown away by the high level of customer care from Audi Natick. On a scale of 1-Beyoncé my experience was Queen Bey + Taylor Swift. Seriously though - efficient and friendly service from pulling into the service drop off, loaner car arrangement and timely updates regarding my car's service. Huge shout out to Linda who was kind and personable and exceeded expectations by going out of her way to help save me a trip when I accidentally dropped (& briefly lost) my credit card.

Linda in the service was amazing! She went out of her way to help me when my car died on a Friday evening. She got my car fixed and back on the road quickly. The whole department was kind and courteous.

Brendan was wonderful to work with. He made an extra effort to understand what we were looking for and worked hard to close the deal. He was always available to answer any questions along the way. He made what is usually a painful car buying process and pleasant experience. We will definitely go back to Natick Audi and Brendan in the future.

Best customer service experience ever. Steve our salesman was the nicest easiest guy to buy from. Polite and prompt. He personally delivered our car an hour away. I've never experienced this level of service in 20 years of buying cars. The whole staff there was extremely helpful and professional. From the tech guys to the business and sales managers. I get their slogan now! We will definitely be purchasing future vehicles and recommending them. Thanks Audi Natick!

Joey L. made it a really great experience buying my first Audi. I was looking at getting a used 2023 Q5, but he was able to work with me and had a 2024 Q5 with all the features I wanted coming in. I had to wait a few days for it and he was awesome at providing updates and answering any questions. I live an hour and a half away and visited a few other Audi dealerships and Audi Natick was the best!Filip K. in the finance department was also great to work with. Super quick and easy doing the paperwork with him. Definitely recommend the both of them when you go in!

Bought a used S4 from them and the transmission crapped out a month after the warranty expired. Tried to get me for 16k to replace but ended up paying around 9k, which is still ridiculous since I only owned the car for two years. Like another yelper said, don't buy a used car from them unless you have someone look it over. They sell lemons. Plus I wanted to buy a new Audi and compared prices at all the Audi dealerships in MA/NH/RI. Told them what Audi Westwood was charging and said they can have my business if they went a little lower. They didn't. They actually went higher for the exact same model car. So Audi Westwood got my business. Never going back to Audi Natick.

We needed to replace a flat tire. I called late afternoon on a Monday and the service group was able to squeeze us in on Tuesday a complete the work by mid-day. Excellent communication throughout. We appreciated the prompt support!

Best car dealership experience! Everyone was wonderful and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend Tony, such a hard worker… he was so patient (we had a lot of questions), knowledgeable, and his communication was fantastic. All around good people!Tony and the team went above and beyond and were able to source the car I wanted not once, but twice when the original dealership wasn’t able to deliver the transfer! Tony had all the paperwork in order, the finance guy Filip was great and explained everything as we went and even called around to get us the best rate, and everything was so fast and painless. Before you drive off the lot a tech guy goes through the whole car in detail and answers any questions!I cannot say enough about Tony and the whole team they are definitely customer focused and want you to leave happy! Highly recommend Audi Natick! Ask for Tony, you won’t be disappointed!

Couldn’t be happier. Purchased an RS6 from Audi Natick after a friends recommendation. Dealt directly with the GM who was highly professional and accommodating. He went out of his way to execute a fair deal on a very high demand vehicle including a very good offer on my trade. Whole experience was professional, direct/transparent and smooth. I’d highly recommend this dealership.

Worst service department ever. Booked service 3 weeks in advance with a loaner. When I arrived, I was told "sorry no loaners available". Seriously, you couldn't call and let me know. They don't care. Will go to Westwood or cape audi from now on.

What an amazing experience! This was completely the opposite of what I thought buying a car was going to be like! Kevin was the most patient, kind and honest person I’ve encountered in a long time! Never mind at a car dealership. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back for my next vehicle!

The entire team at Bernadi Audi of Natick was fantastic, making for a great car buying experience. They were knowledgeable and professional. At no point in time did I ever feel something was being sold to me but rather they took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the car and the features that mattered most to me. Ed, Chris and Jason were awesome and I would recommend anyone looking for an Audi work with this team.

The showroom was nice, and I found a vehicle but I had the worst customer service experience from both the salesman AND his sales manager. I will NEVER do business with this dealership again. I’m an Audi lover. This purchase was my fourth Audi vehicle, a Q5. Three of my other Audi vehicles I purchased out of state with no issues. I live out of state (3 ½ hours from this dealership) and was led to believe our vehicle would be delivered. The details don’t matter but what mattered was how they communicated with me on the delivery of my vehicle. They already had the sale; I just needed my vehicle. I had a plan outlined for my salesman to meet me to get the vehicle, and I arranged time off. At first, he agreed to the plan to meet me, then pulled out. Then he ignored my last email with a revised pickup plan. I went to his sales manager and voiced my concern. After hearing my concern, the sales manager agreed to meet me with my vehicle. I sent him an email with the details to connect and asked him to confirm the plan, since I needed to take time off work to make this happen. No response. I sent him a second email. No response. I called the dealership and asked reception to confirm I had the correct email address. I did. He wasn’t available at the time I called, so I left a voice mail message for this manager and asked him to call me back. He never did. I finally made the trip on Saturday to the dealership directly to pick the vehicle up. This dealership is large, I was just another sale, and they didn’t care to provide me with the common courtesy of a response.

This is a terrific dealership. Everyone is top notch from service to sales to finance. Definitely a reflection of a terrific General Manager. We are ready to pass our A3 onto our daughter and pick up a new Q5. Can’t wait to continue our relationship with Audi Natick
