I just picked up my truck today from Natick Collision.
Nathan and his crew are fantastic to work with.
They handle all the paperwork with insurance so simply drop the car and they do the rest .
Beautiful work and because its a small shop you always feel like your getting concierge level service and you know it’s done right from the start .

While driving my brand new car on a major highway, something hit my hood and left three small dents. Someone recommended Natick Collision. Nathan the owner was very nice and straightforward about what was possible. He said he had a talented person who could try, and explained why it might be difficult. I went ahead and the results were excellent. I very much appreciated his honesty and the cost was more than reasonable. He under sold and over delivered. If needed again,he will be my first call.

Natick Collision is an outstanding place to get ones car restored to new after an accident . My car is far from new , but ****** did an amazing job . He is very friendly , kind , and thoughtful . Because he had to order parts , it took longer than hoped , but my insurance covered my car rental . Having car rental on ones policy is a must . .. The car was ready for me when he said , and was CLEAN . A real joy . .. I could continue but wont , except to say, I highly recommend Natick Collision . A wonderful place indeed .**************

Nathan (owner) worked on my car twice. Once was to fix damage to my bumper and once to smooth a dent on my tailgate. Both times the workmanship was excellent, on budget, and on time. Can’t speak more highly of a business.

The owner Nathan was an absolute pleasure to work with! The front end of my Tahoe was destroyed by a deer, leaving me with a smashed head light, bumper, several sensors not working, and other miscellaneous parts broken. Nathan handled everything with the insurance company and left my mind at ease knowing everything would be negotiated fairly and correctly. He was responsive to all my questions and finished the job in a timely fashion. I was thrilled when I picked my car up and it looked better then new! Nathan was great. His repair is flawless, looks like new. Lifelong resident of Natick, so he's part of the community. His communication was excellent--friendly, up-front and honest, uses email/text/phone. Most helpful: insurance adjustor lowballed the estimate, but Nathan worked with them to get them to cover full cost of repair. The shop was very busy--pandemic made a lot of people rusty behind the wheel--so you might have to be patient before they can get to your car. But very worth the wait.Services: Body & Trim
